Welcoming and comfortable traditional stone house completely restored in a very quiet hamlet (only one house inhabited by one person in the visual area). Extensive network of country roads and tracks suitable for hiking. Traditional shops (grocery, butcher, bakery) pass through in their weekly tours. There is a farm that sells its products 2 km away. La Souterraine with all services (4 supermarkets) is 15 kms away. Parking in front of the house.
“One night stay with Michel on the way to vacation. An incomparable value for money for this very pleasant house. It feels good and I will definitely come back. Michel is discreet and very very nice. He did us a favor by parceling back a toy from Our Child that we had forgotten and has always been very responsive in all of our exchanges. Thanks again !”

“The cottage is very pleasant and quiet in a pretty countryside. For us who were looking for a stopover, the location was perfect. Thank you for your welcome and maybe see you next time.”
The New House at La Charrette is a traditional stone house, built circa 1910, sympathetically brought up to date but retaining the feel of the old building. The ground floor is a light and airy living space with a fully equipped kitchenette. On the first floor is a double bedroom with a lovely view across the garden and a meadow, and the family bathroom with bath, toilet and walk in shower. Above this is a large room with 3 single beds.
