Close to all amenities while being surrounded by nature, our house offers a unique living environment. This is our main residence so equipped with all the necessities but therefore the accommodation is not charged. On the ground floor, you will find a very large living room: kitchen open to the dining room, living room and billiards area. The master bedroom is downstairs, with the bathroom and 1 toilet. At the top, 2 bedrooms plus 1 guest room equipped with desk with sofa bed and 1 toilet

Spacious accommodation in an old traditional Savoyard farmhouse. close to 2 family resorts: LES BRASSES (900 to 1500 m): downhill skiing 5 min away; PLAINE JOUX/LES BRASSES: cross-country skiing and snowshoeing trail, sledding 15 min away. SOMMAND/PRAZ DE LYS (1500 - 2000 m): 15 min (downhill and cross-country skiing on the same site, groomed trails for snowshoeing, sledding and walking, quality ski lessons). Picnic room. If the weather is mild, possibility of snowshoeing from the house.
