The Château de la Plage

The chalet is opposite the municipal beach of Dégelis, where there is the Pub de la Madawaska, a boat ride and a volleyball court. You will be charmed by its wonderful sunsets. Next to it is the municipal campsite, where you can enjoy a range of facilities (swimming pool, paddling pool, play area, pétanque court, access to cross-country ski trails, snowshoeing, fatbiking (subject to certain conditions and/or fees) and the Petit Témis bike path).

Welcome to Hag's Cabin, the perfect home base for your next Northern Maine adventure! Located directly on ITS 85 at the Violette intersection, you'll have easy access to miles of snowmobile and ATV trails right from the property (see trail map). Just 5 minutes from downtown Fort Kent, the cabin offers the perfect mix of convenience and adventure. Traveling with a larger group? The chalet is located on a large wooded lot, offering a great view of the mountain and the surroundings. In winter, the snowmobile trails are only 5 minutes from the place.
