Maison au coeur du Perche dans le petit bourg de Coutretôt proche de Nogent le Rotrou et de la sortie d'autoroute Paris Le Mans (Luigny) Endroit très calme. Proche d'une petite rivière. Matériel pour enfants. Jardin clos à disposition avec salon de jardin, barbecue, balançoire (à 50 m de la maison, accès par petit chemin). Nombreux circuits de randonnée (marche et VTT) . Gîte classé 3 étoiles. Parking.
