Loved staying in this apartment! It’s so close to the city center—literally just a 5-minute walk—and the bed was super comfortable. It is the perfect base. The apartment felt like home, and l would definitely recommend it to anyone seeking a cozy, convenient spot.

Aurélien is a very responsive host. He provided us with additional information to organize our stay. The accommodation is as described and is in a very good location. The view is beautiful and even bad weather retains a certain charm. It is possible to go hiking from the accommodation, to be able to eat or just to walk. A very good stay.

We appreciated Olivia's kindness, cleanliness of the place, proximity to downtown, the parking space right in front is a real plus.

House is clean and well decorated. Need to mention that the bed is super confort and I have the best sleep:) The location is easy to go to the station and center but a bit messy in the sounding. However the house itself is really recommended, Ingrid is also friendly

I spent a night in this accommodation and I won't hesitate to come! First, Ghislaine is adorable and made sure we had everything we needed. Then, the accommodation is really very nice, with everything you need, a carefully thought-out decoration, perfectly faithful to the description. The balcony has a splendid view of the heights of Aix with its many castles, perfect for breakfast! I felt comfortable in this accommodation, which is perfectly located (about 5 minutes' walk from the train station, in the centre). Thank you to Ghislaine for this wonderful experience!

We spent a weekend in the accommodation offered by Tommy. The apartment is functional, well-equipped, modern and pleasant. We came with our 1-year-old baby and everything we needed was provided (travel cot, high chair). It is equipped with air conditioning, which is not negligible in summer. Only small downside (to which parents of young children are attentive😂) the floor and the door handles creak quite a bit and the stairs to access the bedroom upstairs are steep and noisy. It is difficult to move discreetly Apart from that, everything is great. The accommodation is easy to find, and easy to access. Nearby car parks are available. We recommend this listing 👌

Thoma was always very kind and met us halfway for our request for both early check-in and extended check-out. The accommodation is very nice and is located in a very quiet area in the green of the "bagues", a few minutes from the plan d'eau of Rumilly and only 10 minutes from Annecy. I would gladly return to Thomas' accommodation, a great experience.

We had a great time at this place that perfectly met our expectations. Carefully renovated, it is ideal for 6 people and enjoys a prime location: at the foot of the slopes, close to the ski school and shops, with a magnificent view. Everything is very good... Except for me, the contact. You attach importance to it where you do not, but I have not had any contact with Christele except by SMS. This is not my vision of Airbnb, but a perfectly liberal vision... Just the feeling of being a cash drawer, two text messages to remind me to leave at 10 am for the next tenant and that's it.
