We are pleased to host you in our lovely little house/old masonry shed, completely renovated and refurbished with care in mid-2021. Beautiful south-facing terrace shaded in the afternoon, truly magnificent and unobstructed views towards Mont Blanc, the Aiguilles of Chamonix, "at the foot" of the Bossons glacier opposite. Set back 20 m from the road in a residential area. Transportation is a stone's throw away. 2 parking spaces are available in front of the house. Wi-Fi. No TV.

You'll enjoy a spacious 105 m2 apartment in a peaceful setting between lake and mountains, just outside Annecy. The shores of Lake Annecy can be reached in ten minutes, and the ski resorts of La Clusaz and Le Grand Bornand in less than 30 minutes. A beautiful outdoor area with private pool in summer and private spa in winter. Pool open May-Sept (weather permitting) Spa open Oct-Apr All the comforts of home 2 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms

85 m² apartment + pool + spa + sauna + lake view

Come and enjoy a beautiful view of Lake Aiguebelette. Guests can enjoy the swimming pool or hot tub as well as the outdoor wood-fired sauna and terraces. The accommodation, close to Exit 12 of A43. We are 49 minutes to 1 hour from the ski resorts. This rental is only for 2 adults, no children. We also have another rental on the property for 2 people with its private spa and lake view, it is a small house, it is also on airbnb.

The Lavouet Cottage

On the heights, 5 minutes from the city center, come and recharge your batteries in this unique and soothing setting. This return to basics promises you rest and relaxation. Close to everything, but in the most complete calm, you can stroll through nature. Equipped with indoor dry toilet and shower room (no shower but a water point for your daily toilet). Breakfast is delivered to you every morning in a basket.
