Independent apartment in Farmhouse – private pool – terraces

The accommodation is part of the Mas with an independent entrance and its own small pool (not shared) and two terraces. It is about 45m2, includes a large bedroom with TV, storage space, a kitchenette and a large bathroom and its walk-in shower. All the space is open, there is no separation between the bedroom and the kitchenette. The terrace is oriented East, very pleasant in summer. It overlooks the 3.50 m octagonal swimming pool.

Authentic farmhouse carefully restored, with air conditioning, enjoying a green and wooded setting and a beautiful private salt pool of 12 x 3.50 m. Four stars. On the estate is another small house, but which is never inhabited when renting the Arbousier. The rental price includes the consumption of 125 kWh per week. Additional consumption will be charged based on the 'EDF&Moi' information at a rate of €0.25 per kWh.
