Mont Chalet is located in Estrie in the small village of La Patrie. About fifteen minutes from Mont-Mégantic National Park. This cottage WITHOUT electricity, offers you the desired comfort by being totally independent. Wood heating, refrigerator, stove and hot water are functional with propane gas and lights thanks to 12 volt batteries. Skiing, snowshoeing and walking are possible on this 270-acre land. One visit and you'll be charmed. Come and admire the starry sky 🌟

The perfect place to meet with friends and family. Large renovated ancestral house with 4 bedrooms upstairs that can accommodate 8 people. Huge land without neighbors with maple grove behind the house to go for a walk. Here you will find privacy and tranquility. New equipment as well as appliances. Included: Wi-Fi, washer/dryer, BBQ, outdoor fireplace with wood provided. Non-smoking, pets accepted with an additional cleaning fee of $40.

Our cottage located directly on the lake offers stunning views of Lake Aylmer. During the day, enjoy the lake for swimming, kayaking (2 available) or fishing. In cold weather, enjoy the hot tub with lake views! If you have a motorboat, feel free to moor it at the cottage dock. Disraeli Marina is a few km away and offers gas and food services. In the evening, make a fire directly by the lake (wood provided!)
