Electricity is your responsibility in the winter season.

Emplacement idéal à 50 mètres de l ESF et des remontées mécaniques. À proximité de loueurs de matériels,commerces, centre de Balneo. Avec du balcon une vue imprenable et exceptionsur le lac de Matemale et la montagne.

La fourniture du linge de maison (chambres et salles de bain) n'est pas incluse dans le prix ( possibilité de location via la conciergerie). Les animaux de compagnie peuvent être acceptés après accord des propriétaires.

We offer our newly renovated T2 Duplex apartment with lots of love, ideal for up to 4 people.

Not adjoining, you will be quiet, while being close to the center. The free resort shuttle stops at the foot of the chalet. Linens and towels not provided, you can reserve them at the Agnès Garcia Laundromat. Self check-in. WiFi (fiber).
