It is located in Ngor-Almadies, a 3-minute walk from restaurants and supermarkets. Electricity is at your expense, 120 CFA francs/kW (calculated according to your consumption). To give you an idea, you can expect to pay about 3 euros per day. I remain available by message for any questions you may have.
