Chalet holiday rentals in Les Allues

Overall: Came for a winter skiing week with 3 adults and 2 children. Everyone was very satisfied with this very nice chalet -- but prepare yourself for some low ceilings. Pros: Larger than we were expecting. Split toilet and shower helps with larger group. Lots of places to dry your wet items. Area outside for kids to play in snow with toys and sled(ge)s available. Sheltered picnic table just outside the front door. Able to borrow a variety of cooking equipment for making local delicacies. Extremely helpful host. Beautiful interior and exterior. Cons: You WILL bump your head on the large ceiling joist over the beds in the 3-bed room. No matter how much you think you have learned where it is, you haven't. On the last day while packing achieved concussion level impact with this joist, despite a week of experience. Other low areas such as over stairs could be an issue for a taller person. Garage has limited space for accessing vehicle and we parked only half into the garage.

Let me start by telling you this place is absolute gem 💎. The view of Mont Blanc will be the highlight of your trip. It is literally breathtaking right from the house. The Jacuzzi was awesome. The town is like a ferry tale. You will be very fortunate if you book this place. I’ve been all over the planet and this is one of the coolest locations I’ve ever stayed.

Their place is gorgeous, it was even better than what I expected from the photos. Every room is tastefully decorated in a cozy way, we felt right at home. There was a wonderful basket of toys for our kids to play with. The view from the back terrace and garden is simply amazing. We all loved spending time out in the garden enjoying the view. The place is very comfortable and well equipped, and private. Easy parking, good communication, annd warm welcome on arrival. And the view, the view, the view!! Gladly would stay again.

Great stay, very welcoming host and a quiet environment. The place is poorly indicated on the GPS but thanks to the guide we received from the hosts, we were able to find the location easily. The place is functional and you feel good there!

Nathalie's accommodation is beautifully located in the mountains with a fantastic panorama. The view from the dining table is truly unique, it is a pleasure to see the sun rise in the morning. Truly a magical place. The cottage has everything you need, including tea, coffee, oil, etc. Thank you for the nice time and the good directions (if you stick to them, you can't really miss it).

The chalet is stunning- really well designed inside and out, with unique features and a lot of love (and money) has been put into it. The pool and hot tub are excellent and well maintained. Rooms are lovely and the beds very comfortable The manager Ingrid was very helpful and responsive. Chalet was very clean on arrival. There are loads of great things to do in the area. The Carrefour Market at the bottom of the hill is excellent and had a great range of produce. However, there are a few things to note that aren't covered in the description and you may wish to be aware of before booking - The Annex with its 2 bedrooms are situated across the courtyard and not attached to the main house - The master bedroom doesn't have a toilet (although it does have a great shower and basin)- the toilet is downstairs - The live TV on the main living room TV wasn't working when we were there, and the internet can be quite slow from time to time, so ability to stream isn't guaranteed

We had a great extended weekend with friends in Catherine's cottage. Quiet with a magnificent view of the valley, the chalet is ideally located 15 minutes from the village of Saint Maurice and the 1600 arches. We particularly enjoyed the sauna with views of the mountains, in the evening after the day of skiing. Thanks again Catherine for your kind hospitality!

Very nice and comfortable place, exactly as described. Lots of amenities and extras. Perfect for a ski trip among friends or simply relax taking a hut tub looking at the surroundings mountains. Helene was helpful, communicative and always reactive. We will definitely try to go back to her place next winter!

Very nice and comfortable apartments to spend ski vacation for big company or for family. The apartments are well equipped for cooking good dinners, relaxing in sauna or spending evenings in spacious living room with beautiful view. Walking distance to the ski lift is about 400 meters. The nearest shop is about 1.5 km, so better fill your stock on the way.

Maud's chalet is beautiful and extremely spacious. It is very cosy and provided a great place for a group of family and friends to enjoy their ski holiday. Maud was very responsive as a host and helped us with several requests such as taxi's, food shops and recommendations. We would definitely come back for another ski trip and recommend this chalet to anyone considering it, you won't regret it.

Amazing time we had as a family with kids and grandparents. Very close to the center and high enough to have a view on the village! All the privacy for each room is there to be fully comfortable. Thank you.

We Stayed in Chalet Polaris as a group of eight. 3 couples and two singles. We were delighted with the position, space and modern appliances that Polaris had to offer. We have stayed in numerous chalets in St Martin and Polaris is certainly one of the better ones. Very accessible to the supermarket, ski hire shops and lift. A small steep section to walk up and we were all nearly in our 60's so we used the new lockers available at the bottom of the button lift that are highly recommended for all your ski equipment . Bedrooms and bathrooms all very spacious with is a rarity in chalets nowadays .Something to note was that the top two bedrooms on level three share a toilet on the corridor rather than having one each in the ensuite. This however didn't bother us as the two singles used these bedrooms and would be ideal for a group with children. Would definitely stay again.

Very cosy and nice appartement with splendid new bath rooms and superb host! Nathalie was always there to help us, just like Michel. Everything is well thought off. Beautiful! If we could only mention something: Maybe vary somewhat in price: The cleaning (150) and towells (150) is somewhat high rated - for the four days we were renting the appartment with six people-. And just bring a tea pot (for the Dutch and English guests 😀). We can recommend this place.

We had a great time at Josiane's; the setting is very beautiful, the accommodation is quiet and functional. We enjoyed the friendly welcome from our host and their hospitality. The location of the accommodation allowed us to take very nice hikes and access the heart of the village easily without taking the car.

We came to spend a few days with the family for the week of the ascension and the Maxi race. We had all the comforts in Marie and Rodolphe's comfortable chalet located in a beautiful setting in Doussard. Our 4th time in the chalets of this campsite and it is always super nice. Aboslutely the best location in the area. The view from all rooms is exceptional. I would not hesitate to book this property again. There is one thing of note, and this was not a problem for us, but something to be aware of. The house is a duplex. The large deck in front connects to the ajoining unit. It is owned by the same (very friendly) family. I hope to return to this wonderful place again soon.

Perfect accommodation for a family gathering, access close to the ski resort, very peaceful environment. The only downside in my opinion is the price of electricity to be added at the end of the stay. We had it for 107 euros without excess and without using the sauna ...

Very good stay at the lake lodge! Beautiful view, quiet environment. Incredible mountain walk among the marmots😅. Chanel is very responsive, responds very quickly and is super cool. 5 🌟 !!
