Expressive, naturally matured old wood accompanies the natural style of this suite in the idyllic Kalkalpen National Park. Enjoy the quiet country life for two - also suitable for families with or without a dog and cat. The Altholz Suite is just under half an hour's drive from the Hinterstoder ski area and the Bad Hall thermal spa, and the hiking and biking region is right on the doorstep. Relax on the terrace or in the heated whirlpool - see you soon in the national park!
“Our two-week stay in the old wood suite was a pure experience. In addition to the impressive panorama, which can be enjoyed from your own whirlpool especially on cooler days, the apartment, as well as the entire property, invites you to relax and linger. The main house is very decorative and specially arranged in details. Great and unusual furnishing styles come together there. The sauna and hammock in the old wood suite were a particular highlight. But the free-standing glass bathtub with the swiveling television also left nothing to be desired. In the morning there are always fresh chicken eggs, at the weekends the Mostheurige is open, where you can enjoy delicious food and have a must or a beer and enjoy the view of the mountains. The landscape and the opportunities to pause and enjoy are a must here! An e-charging station directly at the house offers the possibility to quickly charge the car. Unfortunately, we were no longer able to test the e-bikes on all the beautiful hikes to alpine pastures and lakes. But guaranteed next time. Our special thanks go to Gerhard and his wife. They not only received us warmly, but also provided them with a lot of warmth, openness and delicious recipes on the weekends during our entire vacation. We liked it so much that we booked the next stay for Christmas. We look forward to seeing you again. Warm regards to Ramsau from Cologne / Bonn. Chris and Romina”
Our house is located in the middle of the green in a small settlement. The center of Steyr is about 3km away. The "Christkindl" church is very close to us. Steyr lies at the confluence of the Enns and Steyr rivers and is an old iron town.
“Andrea and Andreas are very nice and hospitable. The check-in went without any problems and the accommodation is very nicely decorated and clean. Since the two are very fond of animals and therefore have two cats, one should not be allergic to animal hair. In general, I can only recommend the accommodation.”
The accommodation is located close to mountains, nature, rivers, lakes, and ski areas. The accommodation is suitable for couples, solo travelers adventurers, families (with children) and large groups.
“Rober and his mother are great accelerators. The apartment is as shown in the pictures. We particularly liked the fireplace and the size of the apartment. Very good value for money, and the area is beautiful with lots of excursions.”
