The accomodation is situated in the historical center area; 80 sqm with 2 balconies, it has been newly renovated and made confortable for the ideal needs of a family; it is close to unique panoramic views as the "belvedere" with the breathtaking view of the gulf. We are close to the public garden (la Villa) where children and families are active. Less than 100 meters from the house there is the bus stop leading to the sea (7-8 minutes by car)
“The location is perfect, far enough to not get caught up in the chaos that can sometimes occur in Centro Storico proper but close enough to walk and enjoy all that Vasto Centro Storico has to offer. We have been here a month and have only moved the car a handful of times. The apartment is very comfortable and has everything you need. There is a great bar called Pierro’s on Via San Michele which has great coffees, aperitif and some amazing pastries. Well worth a visit. The happy house is exactly that. We love it here. Our 3rd stay in 4 months. We will strongly recommend this to anyone coming to Vasto for a holiday.”
The B&B is in the middle of the beautiful Vasto countryside, surrounded by hills, vineyards and olive groves. Just 5 minutes drive from the city centre and only 15 minutes drive from the seaside. The price includes the expenses for the Tourist Tax as indicated by the site of the Municipality of Vasto
“Giuseppe and Annalisa are two exemplary hosts. The apartment is finely and intelligently renovated and is equipped with every comfort. The quiet location but at the same time very close to the center makes it something unique. The most important thing is certainly the availability and friendliness of Giuseppe and Annalisa who have been able to make my stay truly special. I think so many hosts should learn from them Highly recommended, no flaws.”
Villa Osca is the ideal place to relax and enjoy that peace and tranquility in typical Abruzzo style. Choose your perfect vacation: a weekend away from home, a full week of work breaks, etc.
“Ettore’s home was a lovely place for us to spend a night on our way to Rome. We were greeted in person and although check in is usually 5pm we were able to come at 4pm. The kids loved the trampoline, ping pong table, pool, etc and the very friendly dog and cat. The view off the terrace is stunning- a lovely place to sit and relax. The kitchen was the best equipped kitchen we’ve had on our holiday- lots of equipment and an extremely generous amount of food and drinks which we definitely did not expect. We stayed on a particularly hot, still summer’s night and it was quite warm in the house which was the only downside. But that’s July in Italy!”
