we were very satisfied with the accommodation, it was nice, clean and well equipped. And the host is very kind, helpful. The neighborhood is also safe, all the sights in Rome are easily accessible by bus, but it is still a quiet neighborhood. :) I can only recommend it.

We only stayed at Matteo’s place for one night but we enjoyed our stay. He was very clear on instructions on how to get in and find everything we needed. It’s a great location! Directly across the beach and really close to the airport (which is why we chose it)

A special corner in South Rome! The house is delightful, clean and well cared for, with air conditioning, a washing machine and a view that leaves you speechless. It is located in South Rome, with the bus stop right outside the house: very convenient for getting around! But the real treasure is Gianni, a person with an immense, welcoming and generous heart. Thanks to him, we immediately felt at home. We already know where to go for our next stays in Rome!

Super kind and considerate host! Very clean. Loved the balcony - good for plane spotting. And it was surprisingly quiet for being near the airport. The sloping ceiling was not ideal in the living room and was a challenge for me while bathing. Still managed. Interesting place.

WOW !! Everything about this place was worth it, full private patio (the perfect place to watch the sunset over the pier), super clean, easy communication, great location. If you are hesitant, don’t be. Everything was perfect 10/10 100% recommend

The accommodation is very spacious, and with enough facilities to get there and move around even with a baby and suitcases. Gigi is very responsive and a very good host. We loved the place. We visited Ostia beach and it is certainly a must-see place. We fell in love. 100% recommended

Simple, easy & great stay! This place is very close to the airport, clean, & easy check out. Fabrizio was very communicative and made the whole process simple!

Massimo & Marina are superb hosts. We had a medical emergency during our stay & they went out of their way to assist. Nothing was too much trouble. We could not have managed without their unselfish help with the hospital, etc & interpreting help. They deserve an Airbnb Gold Medal. The apt is in a great location for seeing the best sights & has convenient shops & cafes very close.

Charming 2nd floor apartment in fantastically convenient location, eg., just a few minutes walk to the Colosseum. The space is cleverly arranged within what was clearly once an elegant old apartment - 3 separate, secure and private quarters with a small shared vestibule /utility. Very simply but tastefully modernised to a high standard - esp shower room & bedroom. We were very thankful to find that it did in fact have an AC unit in the bedroom (vital between May & Sept). Access to the apartment was clear & simple. The apartment exceeded our expectations & we would most definitely recommend it for two/couple of any age (esp older or less mobile as there is an old-style lift, which is useful after a long hot day walking all over Rome) who like to go out to eat. Whilst the “kitchen” has all the essentials, it’s really a large free-standing unit with an integral fridge and 2 stove electric hob, so it’s not really kitted out for cooking. Overall, it was perfect for a long weekend.

Can’t get any more local than this! Really felt like a Roman staying here! Great area close to Termini and tram stops surrounded by coffee shops and restaurants with truly amazing food! We found ourselves spending more time in our neighbourhood rather than going more central! The apartment was so cute and had everything we needed! Amazing value for money!

Claudia’s apartment is right in the heart of the action on a bustling street. Still easy to sleep like a baby (new windows, good sound protection). The unit is comfortable, clean, beautiful. Not huge in size, but great for a few nights. Bed was very comfy. Nice pillows 🫶

Great place and very good host! My kids loved the house. It's in walking distance to famous places with a lot restaurants around.

I can't recommend this apartment enough! From the moment I arrived, it felt like home—warm, welcoming, and incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect, making everything easily accessible, and the space was thoughtfully designed with all the amenities you need. The two huge terraces were a dream, offering stunning views and the perfect spot to relax. And the jacuzzi made the stay feel like a true retreat. Has a fantastic time a Guiseppe’s place! He went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect! The accommodation was very comfortable and clean! It was perfect for our family! The location was great for accessing all of the main attractions in Rome and Guiseppe was so helpful in guiding us in the right direction to ensure we had a smooth visit! Everything was great! And we had read other reviews so know what the challenges may be and were prepared for a little noise from the neighbours. But that was no real issue. Just overall a fantastic stay!

I highly recommend staying here!! Walkable to so many landmarks, restaurants and markets. Spacious apartment with a pool that was super private which helped with the afternoon heat! Mark sends loads of wonderful local recommendations and always responded promptly to any messages I sent. Would definitely stay here again!
