We absolutely loved our stay at Alyse’s oasis at the top of the hill. The house is super clean and cozy and the backyard was a really nice treat. We enjoyed many outdoor dinners and shady work sessions. Would love to rent again!

the outdoor area was great. We ate many of our meals out there. There was some road noise but the inside was very quiet.

The neighborhood is very cute, peaceful, and centrally located. We walked to a concert at the Hollywood Bowl and it was so much easier than dealing with the crazy parking and traffic at the venue. Enjoyed sitting next to the pool with coffee in the morning looking at the lovely garden and hummingbirds. It’s a great spot and would recommend for anyone visiting the area.

Ed’s place was amazing. He and his partner were super responsive and the home was an absolute gem. I will definitely be returning.

This home has so much character. The 70s-inspired design is super fun and unique, and the space was perfect for our group of five. It felt spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub setup really made the stay—it felt like our own private retreat. Plus, the neighborhood was quiet, safe, and peaceful, which made it easy to relax. Dicle was equally great. They shared thoughtful recommendations, were responsive whenever we had questions, and even had someone come out quickly when the hot tub wasn’t heating up properly. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience—everything was handled smoothly and with care. Would 100% stay here again. It’s a perfect spot for a chill, fun getaway with friends or family.

I hadn’t realized it was a landmark home at the time of booking but when I realized it made my trip extra fun! Because of my curly hair, my family used to call me “Cory” so this made some memorable photos. The main reason I selected this listing was the resort like privacy in both the front and back yard. I find many hosts create restricting and unreasonable expectations for guests with dogs, when I asked I was promptly assured it was a welcoming home and he would have tons of space to play without worry. My dog rarely gets opportunities to play and run off leash and this is was really the biggest reason for booking. The large grass, huge trees, and fully covered fences from bushes and trees made even the hottest day a cool relaxing time outside. All amenities are available and in abundance, support was phenomenal and responded to everything wtihing what felt loke only minutes. It is such a cool home and I will miss it dearly. I will 10000% book again when I return to the area.

Perfect place for the two of us and the dog. The Peloton tread was a huge plus.

Our family of 6 had a wonderful stay at Nuel's home in Los Feliz! Incredibly clean and everything we could possibly need was at the house or within walking distance. You cannot beat the central location. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return again.

We were attending a graduation at Cal Arts, so the location was close by and there were plenty of shops and restaurants in the area. Everything was as described in the listing. We did have a mechanical issue with the spa, but George took care of it and we were not inconvenience at all. We really appreciate the owner's quick response and attention. We would definitely recommend staying here.

This is the best place we have stayed so far! Perfect for our family with the pool and lots of space for everyone to relax inside or out. Nili was a great host that answered questions and did everything she could to make sure we had the best time. She even provided everything we would need to enjoy the beach. I highly recommend this for any family looking for a great stay in California.

This place is absolutely stunning, with one of the most beautiful front and back gardens I’ve ever seen. The backyard was a peaceful spot to relax, and the pool added quite a bit of luxury. I didn’t meet Geoff, but Daren was incredibly warm and welcoming—easily one of the best hosts I’ve had, striking the perfect balance between friendliness and giving space. Has the basic kitchen essentials, hot plate in a drawer, kettle, toaster oven, microwave, wine fridge; it’s PLENTY for a short stay. The guest house feels closely connected to the main home, and the vibe was nothing but positive! I’d stay here again in a heartbeat—10/10 experience

The property was in the hills of Topanga Canyon. Quiet except for the bird symphony. Beautiful surroundings and very private. Lynn was extremely accessible and house was clean and well equipped. I'll be back soon!

I can't recommend this property enough! This is my third stay at this tranquil and stunning place, and I’m already looking forward to my next visit. This updated property is exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated, creating an inviting atmosphere. The jacuzzi and pool are perfect for unwinding and truly enhance your relaxation experience. The kitchen is a chef’s dream, fully equipped with everything from plates and pots to spices and serving dishes. Plus, there's no shortage of entertainment with a variety of games and streaming channels at your fingertips. Nathan and Armando, the incredible hosts, go above and beyond by providing snacks, coffee, a bottle of wine, hard seltzer, beer, and bottled water. They are so thoughtful that if you’ve forgotten something, odds are it’s already stocked in the house! If you find this gem available, don’t hesitate—book it right away! You won’t regret it!

Julia is an incredible host. From the time we booked her home, she was very hospitable and did everything to make our stay comfortable. I highly recommend her place to anyone wanting to visit LA. I am completely IN LOVE with this cottage! First of all, the hostess is truly very kind and goes above and beyond. You can tell the cottage is well loved and you feel welcomed. The decor, the furniture, the layout, the windows and natural light, the bathroom and kitchen - everything is wonderful, beautiful, charming! And this place has so many more amenities than I expected! I was here on a last minute necessary trip but the next time I return I will come for a leisurely trip so I can truly enjoy this beautiful cottage and Lake Hughes. Just one word of advice: be mindful the area is limited on food options and how long they stay open. Fortunately the cottage has a full kitchen, just come prepared and ready to enjoy yourself in pure relaxation with beautiful scenery and beautiful birds and beautiful decor.

If you are into sunsets, sunrises, and desert fauna and flora, this is the place. Peaceful, remote, beautiful, and with night skies free of light pollution. The amenities are fabulous-: a deck with barbecue, table, hammock, etc. Inside the place is immaculately clean with all you need whether you stay one day or several. We recommend several!

Kim has been the best host! Very helpful and quick to respond with any concerns we did have. Cute clean home and provided us with a pack and play for our baby. Perfect little house if you need to get away for a while.

Victor is such a great host. Very kind and responsive. The house is amazingly beautiful, very private, set up super well. It has everything that you could ever need. Victor even gave us extra time since the cleaners were coming later. We highly recommend using Victor and his house as it is the best value for your money that you can get! We had a wonderful stay at the Skoolie. Three of us, two adults and a teenager found what we needed in the desert. We used to camp and no longer do. Not sure why. Maybe it’s too muck work or too uncomfortable. This was a way for us to get back to what we loved about camping without the things we don’t love. Being out in this area that is so vast I found myself thinking about things I forgot to wonder about in my daily life. I loved making dinner with one pan instead of all the pans I might have used at home. I loved being encouraged to nature pee. I loved looking at Orions sword in the night sky and wondering why is that star fuzzy. I loved yoga under a yucca. Most of all I enjoyed seeing the love notes from Billimarie and others who curated, cared for and enjoyed this space. It reminded me, we are connected with love.
