The appartment is on the basement floor of an ancient house built before the turn of the 19th century (1884), with the original doors and windows and in one room a decorated ceiling. It is located in the little centre of Kritzendorf between Vienna and Tulln. You are not far away from the danube and the nearby meadowy woods. The famous Strombad - a bathing area along the river - is a 10minutes walk away. Vienna is easily reached via train in 20-30 min.

The bus station is located just steps away from the house. By car, depending on traffic, you can reach the numerous Viennese sights in about 15-30 minutes.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. In our single-family house in a quiet location, we offer our attic apartment for rent. You enter the house through the rear entrance and reach the staircase, which is also used by us. You will reach the attic, where the apartment is located. Here you have your own area with kitchen and bathroom. There is a double bed as well as a pull-out couch for two more people.

The bright, modern furnished apartment is located on the upper floor of a newly built press house. The 70 m² apartment is suitable for both single travelers and families (max. 5 people). Access to the apartment is via a few steps (not barrier-free). Whether you are planning cycling tours through the Weinviertel or visiting Vienna, you will find the ideal retreat here. On just 37 square meters you will find a fully equipped house with fireplace, sleeping gallery, kitchen and terrace. Ideal for couples or families with up to two children. The sofa is extendable and offers a lying surface of 115 x 190 cm.
