If you are staying in this centrally located 70 m² accommodation, your family has all the important points of contact close by. 2 minutes to the main square, > 10 minutes to the university. Train station, Asia Spa about 15 minutes. All shops in the immediate vicinity. Relatively short distances to Präbichl, Semmering, RedBull Ring or Air Power. Suitable for families, to relax from everyday life or just to sleep after a night in the many well-known Leoben events or bars.

Bärbel's Panorama Hut is 40 m² for self-catering with its own terrace and sauna bunk bed 120 wide a real cuddly hut and is located in the Präbichl ski and hiking area in Styria. The hut has a sun terrace and an infusion sauna. The Swedish stove in the living room provides cozy warmth. At the Praebichl there are numerous hiking opportunities, via ferrata, climbing park and gentle tourism. I'd love to answer any questions you may have.

You will stay with us on the second floor of our house. You have the same entrance as us, but each apartment then has a lockable apartment door. The apartment (103 m²) is fully furnished and has a beautiful covered balcony. In the apartment, there are 2 bedrooms, a kitchen-living room, living room, bathroom and toilet. There are also 2 to 3 parking spaces right next to the house.

My place is close to the Grüner See Nature Reserve, mountains, forest, meadow, swimming lake. Stream at the property line. You'll love my place because of the comfortable bed, light, kitchen, coziness, beautiful terrace, and private garden for guests. My place is good for couples, solo travelers, adventurers, families with 2 children (in the kitchen there is a pull-out sofa bed).
