Very chic apartment. We liked the style. Unfortunately, we were only passing through (1 night), but could have stayed much longer. Very quiet environment... beautiful nature + great communication!

Everything was great! The accommodation cannot do justice to the photos, as it is so beautifully and lovingly furnished. Very spacious and everything your heart desires is available. The large sun terrace was our absolute highlight.

We enjoyed the cozy apartment. The hosts have equipped it with everything a guest needs, they thought of many details. The place is close to the center and the sights of Klagenfurt but quiet. The hosts were welcoming, helpful, and unobtrusive. It was sehr schon.

We were in Graz for a family celebration over Easter. Had our little dog with us. The apartment is perfect for two people (even with a dog):) Everything you needed was there. Quiet location. We had our bikes with us and were so very flexible and very grateful that we could use the parking space for our car at the house! We would definitely recommend the apartment. Even without a bike, you are well connected on foot or publicly. It was a wonderful weekend. Glad to come back! Thanks Bernhard

Cozy place and close to the center, easy public transportation.

Assalam Alaykum As if I had left my heart in El Tendorf and returned to Saudi Arabia ! : Incidentally, I found this place in Airbp.. and the first time I (lived) through the program And the first time I went to the lower Austria (south of Vienna) .. I chose it because it is hotter than the north (I fear for my children of changing the atmosphere) and this coincidence was better than a thousand times. : I have visited more than 11 countries , and the third time I have visited Austria , but it is the first time that everything has been completed in my bookings ! * Quiet as if you were the only one! * Even the workers there barely see them but everything is clean and tidy ! * Your trees and the garden are surrounded by a river at the back of 150 meters. * Kitchen appliances, room design and the arrangement of the place all met in one place despite this difficulty! : Sister Michelle was communicating with me and reacting quickly All my questions answered comfortably You advise me of places and point to the events of Ali She was good to deal with even the mistakes of my children that Michelle alluded : I hope the place stays as beautiful as you saw it And that the staff there should always be good Thanks to them the size of Heaven and Earth (God be witness) that my heart is still attached to the place ✅ Khalid

We spent 6 wonderfully relaxed and beautiful days here and enjoyed the house with garden to the fullest! The private sauna is a real highlight, as is the cozy window sill from which we liked to watch the sunsets. If you are looking for a quiet relaxing retreat with great surroundings, this is the place to be. We will definitely be back!

Christine is amazing, the place looks better than in the photo's. house was clean and super special. if you want to calm and enjoy nature, this is an amazing place, the house is very big and Christine explained everything and beyond, we had EVERYTHING we needed and much more. make sure to get there in daylight, it was difficult for us to find it. we 100% recommend to go there thank you so much for having us!

The house is amazing to spend a couple of days with your family or a couple of friends. It really has everything we needed and wished for. It’s beautiful. As is the surrounding. Amazing hosts, too, very kind.

Spacious house with plenty of space and spacious rooms. Very good beds, bedroom with shutters. Kitchen equipped with utensils, though a little older. Very very quiet! Beautiful surroundings. A big thank you for the great stay and a special thank you to the neighbor, who has allowed our children to feed and pet the rabbits. We will be happy to come back!

The apartment is super beautiful and is located in a great environment. There are many excursion destinations, from the apartment you can start beautiful hikes. From the balcony, you have beautiful views directly of the Karawanken. All in all perfect, we will be happy to come back. 😊

There were five of us in Chalet 37 over Easter and felt super comfortable there in the cozy and well-equipped kitchen-living room. We couldn't really appreciate the beautiful living room on the first floor in the short time and in the most beautiful Easter weather. For this, we enjoyed the magnificent garden with various benches, table groups, loungers and great views of the Gaflenz Valley. The entire cottage is tastefully decorated with lovely details and decor. Just a place to feel good. Upon arrival, the landlord also provided us with a room in the annex to lock our bicycles. Super nice and accommodating. Thank you!!

This was an absolute quality find! We had no expectations going to Klagenfurt for the first time, and we loved it. Our experience was only enhanced by the top-notch accommodations Annegret and Johannes provided for us. Including a beautiful view of the town, recommendations in walking distance, parking directions, and a welcome beer and snacks! We will certainly be considering this stay again on our future stays in Klagenfurt.

🇭🇺 The apartment is located on the outskirts of Klagenfurt, relatively close to the lake. You can walk to the lake in 15-20 minutes. Downtown is 5-10 minutes by car, downtown paid parking can be avoided with blue zone - 3 hours free - with parking spaces. Worth that few minutes walk :) The botanical garden offers more attractions in the summer, the downtown is cozy, you can walk in a few hours. Our favorite was the lakefront, where we came back several times. The viewpoint for a half-hour drive offers a wonderful panorama. The place was a 10/10. Gerda was very helpful, the apartment had everything we needed for a few days. 🇬🇧The apartment was in the suburb of Klagenfurt. From the apartment the lake was 15-20 min walk. The city center was 5-10 min by car. We loved to take walks to the lake. By car there is a lookout around 30 min. The apartment was 10/10. Gerda was very kind and helpful. The apartment has everything that you need in a cupple of days. I do recomend to stay here if you visit the

Nice stay, very nice hostess! Apartment cozy and stylishly furnished, apartment also very centrally located. However, the apartment is not barrier-free (there are some stairs up to the bedroom) and the third sleeping place could be a little narrow and/or too short for larger people. But everything worked out for us :) Thank you, we will be happy to come back!
