Präbichl is in Semriach near Graz (not Eisenerz). The house is very quiet without artificial light nearby. Outdoor lighting available. Parking spot outside the house. No other guests Linens, towels, hair dryer are provided. In the kitchen there are cookware and cutlery, dishwasher, stove, fridge, microwave, kettle, Nespresso machine, filter coffee pot, teapot, spices, oil, vinegar, bookcase with lots of games, even for kids. At an altitude of approx. 600 meters above sea level, at the end of a cul-de-sac, surrounded by nature, you will find our vacation cottage. Although in the middle of the forest, you are only about 10 km from the nearest supermarket, gas station, etc. In our fast-moving time, this should be a place to enjoy time in nature and tranquility. During your stay, we look forward to a visit to the Bio Schusterbauerhof - La Paca (approx. 10 minutes by car from the cottage)

You are here on the outskirts of the cultural capital of Graz. Experience Graz and relax in our romantic, modernly furnished wooden cottage. The cabin is accessible by car. Public transport is a 20-minute walk away.

The Almresi hut is the ideal place to enjoy the mountains. Whether skiing in winter or hiking in summer. The ski slope is only a few meters away and you can start hikes directly from the hut. The Almresi hut invites you to cozy evenings in front of the Karmin as well as to beautiful hours of sunshine in the hammocks.
