Hytten ligger rett ved Sommarøy Arctic Hotell som tilbyr jacuzzi og sauna. Hytten er veldig tiltalende, og meget høy standard. Praktfull utsikt, to veranda med havet som nærmeste nabo. 50 meter fra strand. Soverom med dyne og pute. Alle bad med håndklær. Hytten skal forlates ryddig og pen. Minimum 2 leiedøgn.

Hytten er i tilknytning til hotell som har restaurant, bar, sauna og har nydelige strender i umiddelbar nærhet. Her er det mulighet for grilling, bading m.m.
