Perfect place to stay for a visit to Kingston. Very clean and comfortable. Close to everything. Host was excellent, thoughtful, and has created a wonderful place to stay that checks all the boxes.

My wife and I stayed here for the weekend for our 10th wedding anniversary. The place was perfect. Easily walkable to lots of great restaurants and shops. it's far away enough from the main drag that any partying Queens students aren't a bother. She was quickly responsive to any questions we had, and we would definitely stay again if we visit the city again

The apartment is lovely and very tasteful! It looks just like the photos. It is mid-town and very quiet but still close enough for me to walk from downtown (the weather was really nice). There was a back deck to relax and have morning coffee and a friendly dog who came to say hi!

My stay exceeded expectations, Shaune was very helpful and was always ready to help if it was needed. The place was very clean and the amenties where easy to locate and use. Overall wonderful stay, looking foward to coming back soon.

Great stay with easy access to downtown! Rory’s place was perfect for our family of two adults and toddler. He was very fast to respond and took the time to check in with us and make sure we had everything we needed, having a crib (an actual crib!) made our stay easy and we felt very at home. The home is thoughtfully and creatively designed, the back patio is an oasis and very private. It was nice being able to use the bbq as well. The neighbourhood is safe and quiet and very friendly. Overall, this was a fantastic stay!

Suzanne is a great hostess. She was very responsive and provided us with clear instructions. I would definitely recommend her place to anyone looking for a short stay in Kingston.

This was our second stay here and we loved it again! This location is perfect for walking, it's close to the grocery store and restaurants. It is also not far from Queens or RMC if that's factor for you! The place was super clean and felt bigger than the pictures. great place to stay and we love it every time!

awesome location, exactly as pictured and described. Just maybe a heads up that the first floor of the building is empty, but being renovated to be a shop/cafe. Wasnt a problem for us, but may make the spot a bit busier in the future.

Conveniently located and well organized basement suite close to Queen's University. I had a pleasant stay here on a work trip, it was easy to get around by bus or Uber. The bed may be small for two people or a tall person, but for me, everything was perfect.

It is the perfect place for my family of 2 adult sons to stay while we visit our family in Belleville. Walkable to all downtown and waterfront and the East Hill neighbourhood.

this was exactly as listed, and we are very happy with it! we travel for work so we needed something nice and affordable! it was a bonus we were able to bring our dog! next time we work in kingston, I will definitely be trying to book this again!

You can’t go wrong staying at this lovely Bnb! So comfortable and had everything we needed. Super quiet and smack dab right in the middle of everything! Waking up to see City Hall out of our bedroom window was awesome. Beside all of that? Sid is an awesome, warm and kind man! We opened a new store in Kingston and he dropped in and supported us by buying a gift certificate. Can’t say enough about the whole experience! Fantastic!

Great space with 2 large bedrooms (super if you have kids beds coming with you as well), full kitchen with new appliances, large balcony with table and chairs (great for meals) and TV with satellite. Tastefully decorated with a nautical theme. Lynda and Larry were great hosts and their dog was super cute. Not a ton of attractions in Ameliasburgh itself, but it's a short drive to Sand Banks, Belleville, Trenton, Wellington, and lots of wineries and breweries. We can't wait to go back!

We had a wonderful stay at Nancey and her husband’s place! They were incredibly welcoming and friendly from the moment we arrived. The Airbnb was very clean, very comfortable, and exactly as described. It’s also perfectly located—just a few minutes away from Picton’s Main Street. They were always quick to respond and gave us great recommendations on places to visit in the area. Plus, they were very kind with our dog, which we really appreciated. Highly recommend!

We had a relaxing stay . Sid met us at front door and even though it was on the second floor Sid carried my bags upstairs for me . On Sid’s recommendation we went straight to a lovely Italian restaurant across road . The kitchen was very good and stove easy to manage . Bath towels lovely and soft with a beautiful smell. I stayed in apartment number 3 by myself for 4 nights, and found it to be a very spacious, clean, and convenient apartmen. The location is excellent, within easy walking distance of the waterfront and lots of restaurants, bars, and shops. There are also several bus stops just minutes away with routes all around the city. One thing to be aware of is that Apartment 3 is a third floor walk-up, so you need to be ok with stairs. I am grateful to the host for carrying up my suitcase when I arrived! It was a really nice welcome. I hope to stay here again and bring my husband next time. It is perfect for a couple or young family, and much more affordable than the hotel across the street. Highly recommended!

Kurt & Nicole has been the perfect hosts, paying attention on what we needed since the first moment. The apartment is clean, well-located and perfect size. Very happy with our stay!
