The building itself does not lie on Balaton itself (5 minutes to the beach, 7 to the lake itself), but it is quiet because it is not on the main road to the lake. Eva’s place is as described and includes a lot of amenities to make it stay comfortable such as free parking, complete kitchen, and equipped barbecue. The tasteful arrangement of the house with a classic gave me a strong sense of calm and coziness, a great way to spend Christmas. We worked with the host to identify any additional needs for the long term stay and concluded the property was complete with upgrades made to ensure the terrace was a comfortable place to smoke. The shower is a bit small, which might be a problem for bigger guests. Overall, a caring host with a beautiful property. Good proximity to a local grocery store and bigger supermarkets, as well as the short distance to Lake Balaton and the breathtaking scenery. We look forward to our next visit.
