Whether with the whole family or as a couple for a romantic break – or, of course, for sporting activities such as hiking, cycling, walking, etc., everyone will find something to suit them here. With its 100 m², the holiday home offers space for two to three people. Please note: the property is not fenced (with regard to pets)

Unser Highlight: ein beheizter Pool, der im Winter als Whirlpool genutzt wird – mit Fernblick über die Alpen und Nähe zu Graz. Ob Erholungstrip oder Stadturlaub, hier findet man alles, was das Herz begehrt. Der Wohnraum bietet 2+2 Betten (inkl. Komfort-Sofa). Direkt nebenan liegt das Fitnessstudio, das mit Schmoltis Chalet genutzt wird. Auch unsere Alpakas freuen sich auf euren Besuch!

Particular emphasis was placed on high-quality architecture: the tree house is sustainable and built with high-quality materials and offers a feel-good ambience in the middle of nature. It has already been awarded the Geramb Rose 2024, a Styrian architecture award and a timber construction award. It is quietly located away from the courtyard.
