House on the lake (4/4), summer dream with enjoyment & nature

The house by the lake, my lifelong dream. But too big to use on my own. Away from mass tourism, nestled in the mountains, right by the lake, surrounded by forests. Inside and around the house, everything is very spacious for both people and animals. Very important to us personally. In addition to the BBQ/fire pits, sauna, private jetty, beanbags and garden swings, rowing boat, SUP board and garden shed (‘Villa Seen-Sucht’), our guests can use everything… that way, it’s more fun for all of us. A truly special place!

Hölzl vacation home

Surrounded by meadows and forests between the vineyards, the holiday home offers plenty of space to romp around and get some fresh air. The holiday home is ideal for relaxing and unwinding. Whether with the whole family or as a couple for a romantic break – or, of course, for sporting activities such as hiking, cycling, walking, etc., everyone will find something to suit them here. With its 100 m², the holiday home offers space for two to three people. Please note: the property is not fenced (with regard to pets)

✨1A Chalet Koralpe 70 with a spacious wellness area at approx. 1,600 m – right in the holiday village in the hiking and skiing area on the Koralpe. 🧖‍♂️ An indoor sauna, a bathtub with a fantastic view and a large terrace ensure pure relaxation. 🎿 The lift, ski school and ski rental are easily accessible on foot or on skis. 🥾 In summer, hiking and ski tours start right in front of the chalet. 🛏️ 2 king-size double beds & a pull-out couch in the living area 📺 65" UHD TV with entertainment system

Das ®Hoam House ist eine Chalet der besonderen Art. Im Loft-Style lässt es sich entspannen und abschalten. Unser Highlight: ein beheizter Pool, der im Winter als Whirlpool genutzt wird – mit Fernblick über die Alpen und Nähe zu Graz. Ob Erholungstrip oder Stadturlaub, hier findet man alles, was das Herz begehrt. Der Wohnraum bietet 2+2 Betten (inkl. Komfort-Sofa). Direkt nebenan liegt das Fitnessstudio, das mit Schmoltis Chalet genutzt wird. Auch unsere Alpakas freuen sich auf euren Besuch!

Tree house buchengrün is a great place for a break on the edge of the forest. It is surrounded by trees, meadows, a fireplace and animal enclosures. Particular emphasis was placed on high-quality architecture: the tree house is sustainable and built with high-quality materials and offers a feel-good ambience in the middle of nature. It has already been awarded the Geramb Rose 2024, a Styrian architecture award and a timber construction award. It is quietly located away from the courtyard.

Erhol dich vom Alltagsstress und lass die Seele baumeln. Umgeben von Wald und Wiesen liegt das Blockhaus kuschelig am Waldrand, 20 Minuten von Graz entfernt. Diese Alleinlage, dieses kleine, heimelige Paradies am Waldrand ist genau das Richtige für dich, um dich zu erholen und entspannen. In unserer "Holzhütte" bewohnst du das gemütliche Erdgeschoß mit einer voll ausgestatteten Küche, Kaminöfen und heimeligem Schlafzimmer. Für 2 zusätzliche Gäste gibt es eine Schlafcouch in der Stube.

In a place like this, romantics get their money's worth, because an unforgettable time for two is ensured with lots of peace and relaxation, while you are still located at the hotspot of the Schilcherland and do not have to do without anything that this offers.

The Koralpenchalet Sun, forest, nature!

Located at about 900 m above sea level above the cloud line is the Koralpenchalet in the picturesque village of Trahütten. Look directly at the Koralpe from the large terrace and enjoy the fresh forest air. The wooden chalet offers everything the vacationer's heart desires. Two rooms, each with a double bed and a sofa bed, can accommodate a maximum of 6 people. After an eventful day of hiking, you can relax in the barrel sauna or the wooden bathtub.

Our penthouse apartments at the Hochgrail vineyard offer exceptional flair. Here, contemporary architecture meets traditional materials, embedded in the picturesque cultural landscape of viticulture. The open design, freestanding furniture islands and natural wood surfaces offer a unique sense of space. Located directly on the Schilcher Wine Route, numerous Buschenschenken and wineries are within walking distance.

Wake up in a hut built with wood from our forest, in an idyllic location. In the morning, from your warm bed, you can gaze through the panoramic glass, and admire the magnificent view of the Kamnik-Savinja Alps. In the hut is one double bed with a pull-out extra bed, small kitchen with fridge, outdoor terrace with deck chair. Every hut has its own bathroom in the immediate vicinity (15m-30m).
