Tranquil, private, cozy home with a beautiful view on a historic country road. Very close and easy access to many activities and services. Including skiing/adventure park at Mt. Sunapee- 6mi; Pats Peak ski area:-12mi; snowmobile trails right outside the door; many hiking/snowshoeing trails just steps outside the door or just a short drive. There are several lakes in the area with public access including the biggest, Lake Sunapee. A lovely, relaxing and beautiful place to stay any time of year.

Located on 85 private acres with great views this is the perfect winter get away. In the summer it is perfect for swimming and fishing. Winter time, this camp is located on the NH Snowmobile System. A perfect spot to hop right on the trails. There is also trails for snowshoeing and cross country skiing. The lake is perfect for ice skating and ice fishing.
