Quietly located cottage on a hill with breathtaking views over the Trondheimfjord. Ideal sun conditions from morning to evening – perfect for relaxation in the middle of nature. Open plan living area with cozy sofa, rocking chair, panoramic windows and fireplace. Suitable for singles, couples, families and small groups of up to 5 people. From the front door, you can go directly onto the hiking trail to Bjørnbettet (310 m) or Litlheia (357 m) and many more. The fjord can be reached after about 1.5 km.

New cladding has been added and new windows have been installed on the south side of the house and this will also be done on the north side during 2026. My place is by the fjord. You'll love my place because of the location. One house in the courtyard is for rent. My place is good for couples, those traveling alone, and families (with children). My place is a farm with plant production and is located by itself. If you want a quiet place, this is a good choice.

You will have access to your own outdoor terrace that is shielded from the rest of the courtyard. Outside there is also a barbecue area that can be used freely.
