A warm welcome to Joutiainen, a peaceful holiday village surrounded by nature! Step into the world of our renovated townhouse, which opens up to the delightful forested lake views of Puttolanselä. In the Swan Pond area, you can enjoy not only great outdoor terrain, but also a stunning, shallow sandy beach, a cozy barbecue area, as well as two tennis courts. Our studio is cozy and equipped with all the basic amenities. Thanks to the large windows, the beautiful landscape opens directly into the apartment.

Kesäaikaan näet ikkunoista vehreitä vaahteroita ja pihatammen oksat, talvella taas läheisen Jyväsjärven jää siintää horisontissa. Majoittujana saat olla omassa rauhassa pienen talon (40m²) suojissa. Moottoritieltä pääset autolla muutamassa minuutissa kohteeseemme, meiltä on 3,5 km Jyväskylän keskustaan.

Good transport connections. 2-4 km to Säynätsalo's services and Alvar Aalto's destinations, 0.3 km to the bus stop. Good game/playing opportunities in the school yard nearby. 2 Sup-boards, kayak, trampoline. The nearest swimming beach is 500m away, the kayaking/supboard access is 150m away.

Summer cottage by a lake at Mäntyharju

Nice rebuilt log cottage by lake Siikanen. Cottage is electrified and equiped with cold drinking water and warm shower water system. Peaceful beach opening to direction south. Available a small boat and two SUP-boards. At the yard there is a gas grill and an equipment cottage for firewood and eco wc. Our own summer house is near by (at 150 meter distance) thus help and additional services are often easily found. English and German are spoken by the hosts Timo and Tuula.

Koskikara

A lovely cabin on the shore of Kalkkistenkoski. On the terace you can grill, eat, enjoy the evening sun, lounge on the deck chairs or see the local bird populations. The cabin also has a sauna, hot tub and an indoor fireplace. The cabins kitchen has the essentials for cooking and the barbeque and outdoor fireplace can also be used for cooking. The kitchen and sauna have warm water and drinking water will be delivered to the cabin. The cabin has an outdoor composting toilet.

Tässä ainutlaatuisessa ja rauhallisessa lomakohteessa on helppo rentoutua. Valoisasta ja tilavasta mökistä avautuu 180 asteen näkymä järvelle, mistä voi nähdä järvellä temmeltävän saukkoaparin. Voit myös nähdä lähi-alueella touhuavan Majavaperheen. Erillisessä saunarakennuksesta avautuu myös kaunis näkymä järvelle. Distance to Himos 10 km and distance to the lake 300 meters. The reservation includes linen, towels and the use of a hot tub at no extra charge. Welcome to the stunning scenery and peace of the woods, by a beautiful lake. Even though it is a holiday village, it is nevertheless incredibly peaceful. There is an abundance of calming nature around. The large windows of the apartment have stunning views of nature, and the glazed deck offers great sunsets. A long and stunning sandy beach, two tennis courts, and extensive outdoor terrain with lean-toes relax every vacationer. Come once, you'll love it.
