The apartment located in the Villa delle Rose at street level, it is composed of a very large double room + a pull out bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe, a bedroom with two single beds (with the possibility of bringing them closer to form a double bed) + a pull-out bed and another room with bathroom.The living/dining room includes sofa bed, table and chairs, sat TV, DVD and free unlimited access to the internet via wifi. The kitchen includes oven, fridge/freezer, hob, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and kitchen utensils.The large bathroom with shower includes wc, bidet, basin and washing machine, the small bathroom has schower and basin. Some rooms have terraces offering breathtaking views of the sea/mountains. The terrace of the kitchen is furnished with a dining table and chairs.An area of the garden, which is accessed by a gate next to the entrance of the apartment, including a magnificent terrace with table and chairs, hammocks, deckchairs and BBQ with spendid views both on the sea and olive grove is reserved exclusively to the apartment.

La terrazza sul Mare🌊è un piccolo appartamento appartenuto al mio tris nonno👴🏻, situato nel pittoresco porto di Riomaggiore. Spiaggia, centro, ristoranti, stazione e traghetti sono a poca distanza. Luogo unico dove trascorrere mattinate a bere un caffè e le serate sorseggiando un vino locale, ammirando alba e tramonto in prima fila!🌅🍷 *Se siete più di 2 persone consigliamo l’appartamento a famiglie! Essendoci poca privacy.
