Our house is located by the sea on the island of Løkta in Dønna municipality, which is part of Helgeland. It is located by itself without close neighbors. The house was completed in 2017, is spacious, warm and practical, and a good place to be. The kitchen is over 40 m2, and is separated from the living room, so you get two living rooms. It is only a few meters down to the shore, and many nice nature experiences in the nearby area with lake and jogging trails. We have an outdoor room, double garage with electric charger and a small football field. And lots of toys for the kids.

It is an old timber house that is over 100 years old. The house was renovated in 2024. The house has 2 floors. Beautiful view over the fjord from the window. Plenty of space inside and outside. Fagervika is a rural area located at the outlet of Ranfjorden. The house has a large terrace with barbecue and outdoor furniture. On the first floor there is a possibility for 1 sleeping place if needed. Boat and fishing are possible, but must be booked in advance. Large parking lot, 2 hiking trails, boat for rent. The hiking area "Brunnesset in Fagervika", German coastal fort.

Welcome to Gammelstuen – a charming residence with soul and history, centrally located in Leirfjord, just 1 km from Leland. Here, you can enjoy a rural lifestyle while still being close to shops, cafes and other amenities. Kitchen, living room and sleeping areas. The area offers great hiking opportunities, both in the mountains and by the sea. In summer, you can enjoy the midnight sun, and in winter, there are good chances of seeing the Northern Lights. A short distance to Sandnessjøen and Mosjøen, providing a nice starting point for exploring Helgeland.

House for rent on the island of Løkta on the Helgeland coast. Here you can relax in rural surroundings. We have five ferry arrivals to and from Sandnessjøen. I registered the house with room for 6, but if you want to live a little cramped it is possible for 8 people to sleep in the house. The house is located 5 km from the ferry dock, and it is an excellent island to cycle around. We have about 1.2 miles of road around the island. The house is located on a farm, so there will be some noise from time to time.

Mye bær og sopp, og rikelig fugleliv og fiskevann. Man kan bade og fiske i Røyrtjønna, liten innsjø rett nedenfor hytte, også bade i Ranelva. Ca 20 min kjøring til Sandnessjøen, 25 min til Mosjøen, og 15 min til ferjesambandet Levang-Nesna. 7 min fra Toventunell. Et flott utgangspunkt for feriering og overnatting på Helgeland.

Flott badestrand, gode turmuligheter både til fots, sykkel og på ski. Huset ligger nærme gårdsbruk med dyreliv.
