If you want silence or scenic surroundings, this cabin can be something for you. Cozy cabin built in 2014, well maintained. Great hiking terrain both in the mountains and in the valley. Lots of berries and mushrooms, and plenty of bird life. You can swim and fish in Røyrtjønna, a small lake just below the cottage, and also swim in Ranelva (5 min walk). Approximately 20 min drive to Sandnessjøen, 25 min to Mosjøen, and 15 min to the ferry connection Levang-Nesna. 7 min from Toventunell. A great starting point for vacationing and accommodation in Helgeland.

Swimming possible in the river next to the cabin. About 30 min drive to Sandnessjøen, 35 min drive to Mosjøen, and 15 min to the Levang-Nesna ferry connection. A great starting point for holiday and accommodation in Helgeland. The nearest grocery store is at Bunnpris and Coop Prix at Leland.

Toilet room in outbuilding with toilet and shower. Possibilities for salmon fishing in Leirelva in season. Approximately 2 km to Storvatnet. Here it is nice to paddle, swim and fish. Nice hiking opportunities along the road, in the forests and fields or mountain peaks; both Klampen (720 meters above sea level), Husfjellet (465 m.a.s.l.), and Vågafjellet (315 m.a.s.l.)
