Mastua

Mastua is a very cozy little house that is peacefully located on a farm just 20 minutes drive from Trondheim. Two bedrooms with three beds, a wood stove, hotplates, refrigerator and running water. Outside there is lush nature with many hiking opportunities in forests and mountains, a large garden (for play and relaxation) with both a fireplace and a table with benches. In the barn building nearby (about 50 meters) there is a new and cozy bathroom with shower and toilet. 5-minute drive to the store and 10 minutes to the shopping centre.

The apartment is on the third floor. Perfectly located with about 5 minutes walk to both Trondheim Torg, Øya/Nidelven, and to the sea. Inside it is uniquely designed with curved wall and oval window in the living room. 66 sqm, spacious with high ceilings and 17 sqm bedrooms. Good size bathroom. Furnished with a mix of classic retro furnishings and modern furnishings. The living room has nice view of Steinåsen. Excellent access to public transport, with a short bus ride to, for example, Bymarka or Solsiden.

Idyllic place in the forest with sauna!

Here you can really get away from city noise. Ski trails are rigt behind the corner and you can enjoy a hot sauna after a long day outdoor. We live upstairs in the house, but we rent out a simple independent apartment in the groundfloor. In December 2021 we refurbished it with a new bathroom, sauna and kitchenette. Although the house seems remote, it's only a 15/20 minutes walk to the tram that takes you directly to the city center. Let us know if there is anything you'd like to know! :-)

In winter, there are ski slopes just outside the door. In summertime it is only a short walk to the field.
