Holiday rentals with breakfast in Leinster

Susan and Nigel's place is outstanding! Charming and elegant, amazing attention to detail, cozy and comfortable. A great location, with a few pubs and restaurants within walking distance, plus so much within a short drive. No trouble parking right out front. Our only regret was that the rain prevented us from enjoying the patio out back. We felt privileged to stay in this lovely home, surrounded by art.

Great place, has everything you need. The hosts were really responsive and helpful and made sure we had plenty of stuff for our baby whilst we were there i.e travel cot and high chair. We would definitely consider coming back!

Judy war sehr freundlich und der Aufenthalt war gut. Sie hat uns viele Tipps gegeben und das Zimmer ist sehr gemütlich. Außerdem hat sie uns morgens ein leckeres Frühstück zubereitet. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

We only stayed one night but had a lovely family evening in front of a roaring log fire, a great sleep surrounded by total quiet and then a great breakfast looking out across the valley. The Christmas tree and decorations were up and we really liked how the home was both incredibly spacious but also very homely. Loved it all!

This place is a gem of a find. Lovely house in a nice, quiet neighbourhood. Within easy reach of buses to and from Dublin centre. I used a scooter and made short work of getting into the city centre. I was made to feel welcome from the start and everything was easy to find and use. My room was perfect for what I wanted and was able to come and go as I pleased. I can thoroughly recommend this Air BnB. It felt more like visiting my sister than someone I didn't know.

We stayed in Rita’s Airbnb as we had a wedding close by. This was hands down the nicest place we’ve ever stayed in. Rita was incredibly welcoming, loveliest woman we’ve ever met with Airbnb. welcomed us from the minute we walked in the door. It had loads of amenities including really nice coffee, strawberries, cream and scones as well as brown bread that we absolutely demolished the house was clean tidy spacious & the bed was really comfy. Felt literally like a home from home. She helped with anything we needed and provided taxi numbers. There’s not enough words available in this review to explain the incredible host she is. Go raibh maith agat❤️

Mary's little church retreat is a beautifully renovated and tastefully decorated space in the Irish countryside, while being located at only about an hour's drive away from Dublin airport. It was the perfect get-away for us; spacious as well as incredibly cozy. Mary was so hospitable and lovely. Would definitely come back.

A great place to stay to explore the Waterford area. Lovely 2 storey annexe, very modern, supper clean and very well equipped. Located in a quiet area of Grantstown, 2 miles south of Waterford. A ‘welcome’ pack of cereal, ‘blaa’ buns, milk, jams, orange juice, tea, coffee etc were very much appreciated. All in all, a very comfortable place to stay.

Gina's bee-themed apartment was a great place for our one-night stay in Blarney. This is one of the most well-equipped Airbnb's we have ever stayed at - this place has everything you will need - all the appliances, spotless and clean, and the kitchen and fridge are well-stocked for a great breakfast. Gina was very nice and came out to meet us even at the late hour of our arrival. It's a pity we were here for just one night - we would have loved to stay here longer!

Location, location, location. We stayed at Helen's apartment for 4 nights in June 2025. First off, Helen was very communicative and extremely friendly in her messages before we arrived. She met us at the meeting place and gave us an informative overview of the area and tour of the property. We were 4 adults and the property was very comfortable. The bedrooms / beds were comfortable as well. A nice central room with dining table and couches - and a kitchen with dishwasher / washer / dryer and microwave. We appreciated the Nespresso machine. Although we didn't cook ourselves (with all the take-away options and pubs nearby), the kitchen was well stocked with condiments, etc.,. The bathrooms were clean and functional. However what is really impressive about the property is the location. Right across from Christchurch with airport and local bus connections. Walkable to all the sights like Temple, Trinity, Liffey, the Liberties, Guiness / Roe & Co. And views from the bedrooms!

The Coach House was a great place to stay. It was exactly as described. Sally was responsive and took care of everything we needed! The grounds are lovely and the cottage is beautiful. I can't say enough good things about Sally. She is a pleasant hostess and takes great care of the cottage and her guests.

we enjoyed our time here, it was close to the town so it was accessible to shops and pubs. the place was spotless clean and the bed was so comfortable. the best part was the labrador that always came to say hello! not that we needed it, but there’s no kitchen just incase someone is looking to make some food at home. enjoyed our stay, would love to come back!

Everything we wanted to see was within 15 min walk which was super handy. The place was comfortable and clean and we had a great stay!

Thanks Brigitte for a fantastic stay in your granny flat. It was perfect! I really enjoyed my time there. It was extremely comfortable, warm & well equipped for my week there. I felt very safe and right at home. Thanks too for the food & drinks you left on my arrival. What an unexpected surprise. It meant I could relax as soon as I walked in, without having to rush out to buy supplies. Very thoughtful of you. I would highly recommend Brigitte's place and plan to return one day. Great location for walking to stores and restaurants. A truly adorable town! Dympna was super responsive, helping us get settled after a long days travels. The next morning she came over w home made bread, right out of the oven, and pointed out the “ can’t miss” spots. The apartment is clean, quaint and very comfortable. Nice linens. It might be a bit tight for a larger group, but the spacious outdoor patio would help w that. We would absolutely return if given the chance!

Aan te raden, gelegen aan een mooi meer! Heerlijk ontbijt en goed verzorge kamer voor een goede prijs! Zeer vriendelijke gastvrouw die ons bij aankomst rond middernacht nog een tosti maakte en een fles wijn aanbood. Zeer aan te bevelen!

New Thatch Farm is gorgeous. It has been beautifully renovated by Sonia and we wished we could have stayed longer than one night. Highly recommended.

Teresa ist eine tolle Gastgeberin. Immer um das Wohl des Gastes besorgt. Die Unterkunft hat alles was man sich wünscht und die Lage ist perfekt für einen Besuch Dublins.

Staying at Gareth's in Stoneybatter was the start of our 3-week road trip through Ireland, and we couldn't have asked for a better start. What a lovely room, apartment, neighbourhood... and most importantly, what a fantastic host! Gareth was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. He had some brilliant recommendations for local spots in Stoneybatter and great tips for the rest of our trip around Ireland. We loved hearing his stories; he's genuinely such a great person to chat with. Gareth prepared a delicious breakfast spread, and it was such a pleasant way to start our day. We really appreciated the effort he put into making us feel at home. We wholeheartedly recommend staying with Gareth. He made our first few days in Ireland truly memorable. Agnes is a lovely and very caring host. We felt right at home, everything was clean, the bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was more then we could have asked for. She also has a bunch of recommendations for Kilkenny and surroundings. We will definitely come back should we be in Ireland again and can only recommend a stay at her house :)

John and Mary were so lovely and welcoming! The room was very clean and the perfect amount of space for the two nights we were there. They gave us a breakfast which was perfect, and answered any questions that we had about Portlaoise! Portlaoise is a quiet town and it’s hard to find things to do if you don’t have a car, but our stay was great! John and Mary were wonderful and I would highly recommend this place to anyone passing through Portlaoise!

Mon copain et moi avons séjourné 1 mois dans le meilleur Airbnb d’Irlande qu’il pouvait y avoir. Nous 2 sommes Français, qui parlait à peine anglais, mais Uve et son mari nous ont super bien accueillit : on s’est senti chez nous. La chambre, la cuisine et la salle de bain sont super. C’est aussi génial de pouvoir parler avec les autres convives, cela nous a permis d’améliorer notre anglais. Je vous recommande fortement se logement et remercie cette famille, ainsi que le super Blackie, de nous avoir si bien accueilli !

Wir haben drei Nächte bei Bernie und Vincent verbracht und wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl und herzlich empfangen gefühlt. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker, unter Anderem dank der selbstgebackenen Scones und des selbstgemachten Müslis. Bernie und Vincent waren sehr herzlich und konnten uns gute Tipps für die Umgebung für Unternehmungen, als auch für Restaurants geben. Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!
