Please do come here - If you're interested in growing your own food, keeping bees, hiking, food preservation, nature, chickens & geese, bats, birdsong & silence (hens/geese/wildlife permitting!). The Swallow's Nest is a tiny barn which sits between Slievenamon & the Comeragh mountains, in the glorious valley known as The Honeylands but is only a ten minute drive from Clonmel, Tipperary's County town.

The Old Stable is newly renovated to provide the best of self catering B&B accommodation for 4 people. It is located on the outskirts of Grange Con village in the rolling hills of West Wicklow. It's set in a beautifully tranquil spot with it's own private garden and parking area. Moore's Traditional Village Pub is 5 minutes walk down into the village. Excellent for stargazing as zero light pollution and for relaxation as zero traffic noise! Surrounded by stud farms and agricultural land.

The 18th century, converted barn, is perfectly located to explore Ireland’s sunny south east. Just 10 min by car from Waterford city centre you are right at the heart of the south east, the perfect base to explore the famous sites of county Waterford, county Kilkenny, county Tipperary and county Wexford. Visit the beautiful gardens of Mount Congreve or Woodstock gardens. The barn has an open plan layout, where you can relax beside the cosy stove and plan your next day’s adventure.

"Stable Cottage"
"Stable Cottage" is an old traditional style, converted stone barn, near our historic old farmhouse. It retains many original features such as the original old natural slated roof, old beams, pine boarded floors, exposed original stone walls etc. etc.. It is very quiet and peaceful, on a small working tillage farm. Originally, it was the stable where the horses were sheltered and fed for the winter months while the wheat, feed oats etc was stored on the loft overhead.

Cosy Loft in the Trees
This gorgeous little hut is tucked into the upper corner of a hay barn and has the cosy feel of a treehouse. Set in a peaceful rural spot overlooking open fields, it offers a real sense of escape. Although close to other buildings where we live, it is completely private. Access is via two short flights of sturdy steps leading to a balcony. Kilkenny city is a 20-minute drive away, but a car is essential as there is no public transport. An ideal place to retreat and unwind.

Recently renovated, this stylish, open plan barn conversion is set in the idyllic rural landscape of County Clare. It adjoins my 150 year old stone farmhouse, and offers a self-contained holiday space ideal for those who like peace and quiet 'off the beaten track'. Hawes Barn - 200 Year Old Cottage
Set within the Croc An Oir Estate (translated as Crock of Gold) and tucked away down a leafy boreen, this beautifully restored, converted stone barn offers a truly relaxing holiday where hospitality and a traditional Irish experience is offered in abundance. Croc an Oir is a romantic retreat for a couple, and traditional features include a cosy woodburner, a half door, arched windows and a delightful loft style bedroom. There is also a private courtyard and garden.

You have a sense of being in the country with birds and squirrels in the trees but yet you are only 10 minutes to the airport and 10 minutes to the city centre. Everyone adored our closeness to the phoenix park..There are many activities in the park including the zoo, the hop on hop off bus, segways, rent a bike to name a few.

The Farmhouse Barn
This converted stable/cow shed to a two bedroom cottage. In the back yard there is a large elevated deck to enjoy the view and relax in an outdoor hot tub. upgrading the property on a regular basis. This countryside accommodation is 5 minutes drive from Fethard Town where the chippers and Chinese do deliver to the property. 25/30 minutes drive to larger towns Clonmel, Cahir and Cashel . 45 minutes drive to Kilkenny and Waterford cities .

Although “The Barn” is private I'm always on hand. Nestled snugly on our farm at the end of a country lane, surrounded by gardens & lush countryside. Walk the towpaths of Borris, venture up Mt Leinster, enjoy the quaint pubs of Clonegal. Kilkenny City is a must.
