There is plenty of free parking areas by my house. Driving into Manchester city centre will take about 40 minutes.

The first floor at the back of an artists home in a quiet cul de sac, 10 minute walk to Lymm Village, 5 mins to Lymm Dam. Your own access is up a spiral staircase. A stunning garden with hobbit hut where you’re welcome to sit and relax looking over fields towards Lymm Water Tower. Small to medium dogs only, some don’t like the spiral staircase. A double bedroom, en suite, sofa bed in lounge and kitchenette.
