Charming Danube house on the banks of the river in the middle of the UNESCO World Heritage Site Wachau. Fully equipped, large garden, fire and barbecue area, sports equipment, games. Right on the Danube bike path & the Romantic Road – nature, culture, sports & relaxation in one! Donaubade beach right in front of the house. Ideal for groups, families and companies, as well as for sports, yoga and club events. Unique and original furnishings. It is a very old and simple house, therefore also the reasonable price.

Elsbeer Chalet

Thanks to the large windows, all rooms are very bright. Special attention has been paid to the high-quality furnishings. Among other things, you will find a kitchen and a dining table with armchairs made of solid Elsbeer wood. There is free Wi-Fi throughout the chalet, but it can also be switched off on request. The permanently installed air conditioner not only cools and heats, it also cleans the air of various bacteria and thus creates a clean living environment. If requested, we can provide a crib.

Schiffmeisterhaus Atelier Donaublick

The studio is located in historic Schiffmeisterhaus directly by river and offers beautiful views of Danube. Shops cafés and restaurants in the historic city center are just a few minutes’ walk away. Situated right next to the police academy, the studio is in a particularly safe environment. The Danube cycling path runs directly past the building, while nearby swimming spots along the Danube invite you to relax and cool off in summer. Bicycle storage and e-bike charging facilities are available.

Breiteneben Chalet – History, Nature, Lake & Ski

Hinterbreiteneben is set in a dreamlike location – nestled in a 10-hectare organic wildflower meadow with rare plants and views of mountains, valleys and forests. Once a farmhouse and sometimes an aristocratic retreat, it now combines historic charm with modern comfort – from fiber internet to a panoramic sauna. Complemented by a chapel and inviting spots to linger. In summer Lake Lunz beckons, in winter ski resorts await, while cycling paths invite you from spring to autumn.

Apartment in the center of Melk

The apartment is located right in the centre of Melk on the 1st floor of a baroque townhouse. It is 50 square metres in size and consists of a living room, bedroom, kitchen and laundry room with a shower, sink and toilet. A hairdryer and a mini safe are also available. From the bay window living room with a wooden ceiling dating from 1568, you have a direct view of the pedestrian zone. The steps of Sechsergasse next to the house lead directly to our famous Melk Abbey.

Ideal getaway cabin Feel yourself and nature. In the vicinity are the 3 Lunzer lakes, the Ötscher-Tormäuer Nature Park and beautiful mountain and hiking routes! Cycling enthusiasts will particularly like the Ybbs Valley cycle path. With canyoning, rafting and Flying Fox, adventure seekers are not left wanting. In the surrounding restaurants, inns and taverns you will be spoiled with culinary delights. Access to the cabin is possible by car via a gravel road.

Water directly from a forest spring. The sun-drenched wooden house was built in 2018, borders directly on a forest and is located along the Austrian Jakobsweg. We are particularly happy about people who have access to spirituality. Meditation pillows and yoga mats are available for practice.

The Imbach tree house can comfortably accommodate two people. Two more people can sleep on the sofa bed. From the property, you can easily set off on a variety of excursions: to the Wachau, to Krems or to the Waldviertel. But the capital city of Vienna is also just an hour away.
