Il est situé à 100m du SuperU de Leguevin, proche de Colomiers de Toulouse centre 25mn Vous pourrez au choix partir visiter Toulouse, profiter de la campagne et des produits du Gers ou simplement vous balader dans la forêt de Bouconne.

Die ca 40qm grosse Einliegerwohnung mit eigenem Eingang liegt nach hinten raus, ist ruhig und bietet bequem Platz für 2 Personen. Es gibt ein Schlafzimmer mit einem 1.40m Doppelbett und einem kleinen Kleiderschrank. Das Duschbad und die Toilette sind voneinander getrennt. Von der gemütlichen Küche geht das Wohnzimmer mit einer 1.10m breiten Schlafcouch ab. Dort ist auch ein kleiner Arbeitsplatz mit WLAN vorhanden. Die Unterkunft liegt unweit von Plaisance-du-touch (4km) und Toulouse (19km)
