Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Legazpi, Arganzuela

Justine was without a doubt the most communicative host we have ever encountered on air BnB. She clearly goes above and beyond for her guests - thank you Justine! The apartment itself is beautifully designed. So much care has gone into it, and it has everything you’d need. We had a hotel booked for the last 2 nights of our trip but we actually we wish we had stayed 2 nights longer at Justine’s apartment instead. The bed was so comfy! Thankyou Justine for a wonderful stay. :)

Great Airbnb! Highly recommend to anyone visiting Madrid. It is located in the perfect area, everything is walking distance. The photos don’t do this place justice, it’s even nicer in person! Beautiful little apartment that’s very clean and the AC works great. I didn’t have to take any transportation except to the airport. And since it is in the middle of everything, there can be a lot of traffic so I do recommend you request your taxis via app 30 minutes before (it can take up to 10 mins to even get one).

Small but functional apartment. Great for weekend. We found it as in the photos, everything very clean and tidy. Although it is at street level, we rest well as the street is residential and very quiet.

It's a small and super cozy apartment. In our case, there were 4 adults, and although there is not much space, it is more than enough to be comfortable. The space is very clean, and well equipped in both the kitchen and the bathroom. The location is perfect, less than five minutes from the subway and 15 minutes walk from Atocha. Mireia was super nice and decisive, so I recommend the apartment 100%. The only negative aspect to consider (especially for summer) is that, although it has air conditioning, the community rules do not allow it to be turned on beyond 24 hours. On the other hand, a very favourable point is that the area is tremendously quiet for being in the "centre" of Madrid. It does not affect or hear the sound of traffic or the street in general.

We stayed at the accommodation for two nights and were very satisfied. Everything was exactly as seen in the photos. We were even able to get into the accommodation 3 hours earlier, which we appreciated very much. The communication was very easy and fast. The hostess is very friendly and accommodating. We can highly recommend the accommodation.

Fantastic place, very cosy and Rosario was an excellent communicator. would fully recommend to any couple or solo traveller looking for a base to see Madrid.

All good. Comfortable shirts. The only thing we missed was trash bags, but otherwise great.

If there was a rating above 5 we would have given it! The perfect apartment! Private pool and building pool, gym, parking, 2 superb terraces all very well equipped, finally a real quality Airbnb! Ramon gave us excellent addresses for lunch while waiting for the arrival time, was accommodating to let us leave a little later! We look forward to coming back soon

Excellent stay, very clean, very well equipped, perfect air conditioning. The location is great, very close to the subway. It met all expectations!! And Carmen is a very good host, she answered our questions very quickly, very loving and understanding.

Our experience was excellent. The property's condition, cleanliness, and location are perfect, with plenty of options for food, transportation, a gym, a pharmacy, a hair salon, and a market. Patricia and Miguel are wonderful. We will definitely return in the future.

Perfect place to stay in Madrid. Central location in a vibrant part of the city yet astonishingly quiet in the apartment itself. There is an abundance of nearby bars and restaurants and Alvaro recommended a list of the best. He was prompt and helpful in responding to any questions and he and his family could not have been kinder. The apartment is wonderful, spacious, light and with a lovely terrace shared with the lovely neighbours. Highly recommend.

Lovely apartment in quiet spot just around the corner from all Madrid has to offer. Close to restaurants and bars and key sites. The apartment is comfortable with excellent air conditioning and good amenities. Nicely decorated.

Fantastic apartment with a beautiful pool! It's in a gorgeous spot close to lovely restaurants but in easy reach of Madrid! The apartment is even better than the photos and we were so warmly greeted it made us feel very cared for! We loved our trip and can highly recommend!

Wonderful flat! Comfortable with lovely view of the street. Plenty of bedding and kitchen supplies. Amazing location close to public transit, cabs, restaurants, cafes, and all tourism sites. Amazingly quiet given how close to the action. Stepping onto the street was suddenly private. There are markets nearby for food and essentials. The host was not only incredibly kind and timely, but even flexible with check in. Highly recommend and would love to return!

We are very pleased with our stay! The location is excellent and yet quiet.

The apartment is very comfortable and fully equipped with everything you need. Air conditioning in both rooms, well-equipped kitchen. Good water pressure in the shower. Suitable for long stays for a couple.

This is an accesible place. The apt has a washer, kitchen, blow dryer and a/c. It is a few blocks away from Plaza Mayor and many other tourist places. Definitely recommend this place.
