Sarah & Phil's River Cottage was a really lovely place to stay . It was comfortable and warm with a nice big bed and great armchairs . We very much enjoyed the big view . The overall size was good too , well big enough for 2 but still with an intimacy . We noted also the high quality of finish and materials . All a credit to Sarah and Phil who were very friendly and forthcoming , we look forwards to visiting again . David &Dawn Sydney

Lovely house with a great view easy to find and very neat and modern.

Where do I start? From the beginning the Airbnb killed it, the view, cleanliness, balcony and common area view, nailed it. It was both cozy and beautiful. Kitchen was so good and handy with utensils and pots. Shortbread was such a nice gesture. Loved it. Now, feeding the Wallabies was an experience we never experienced and gave us closer to nature feeling. Wallabies loved carrots and we looked forward to waiting for the evening. Night time sky had stars immensely beautiful. All in all Airbnb was amazing, perfect location between Launceston City and Beaconsfield Gold Mine. Woolies is hardly 5 mins drive. Everything from Bedroom, Bathroom to Common area and balcony were super spacious. Definitely a must try Airbnb.

Absolute gem, would 100% recommend. We had a wonderful stay. The location is so peaceful and serene, yet a short drive to fabulous wineries or Launceston centre. Shelley was very accommodating and a wonderful host. She purchased a portacot for our baby to sleep in, provided delicious breakfast supplies and even gave us a private wine tasting on our verandah. When we return to Launceston we will definitely be staying again!
