Our traditional Cycladic stone house (65 sqm.) is located in the center of the village and has a wonderful garden with Lemon, Orange, Pomegranate, Apricot, Avocado and Grape trees, where you can relax and enjoy the nature. The apartment has a panoramic view of the village and a breathtaking sea view of Naxos Island. The house is ECO-environmental friendly,suitable for work and has solar energy.The Wi-Fi is reliable for work, too. We accept longer stays. Everything you need is 20 meters on foot.

Villa Blue Pearl is an 1 bedroom property with private swimming pool which is located in Elitas, a small hill just 3.5 km from Parikia the capital of Paros and the port. Our villa is totally independent and has an unobstructed sea view to the port of Parikia. Our private swimming pool provide to our guests relaxing moments sitting to our over-sized built in sofas. This Greek villa is located just outside Parikia, offering a relaxing atmosphere, privacy, and an authentic Greek lifestyle. The villa has a built area of 220 sq.m. and a very large outdoor courtyard. It boasts unobstructed sea views. The property features a private mini pool (not heated) with three hydromassage seats. The pool has a trapezoidal shape, with one side measuring 3.80 meters and the opposite side 2 meters. Its length is 5.60 meters, and the maximum depth is 1.50 meters.

Το σπίτι κατασκευάστηκε πριν από 100 χρόνια στο γραφικό Χωριό Λεύκες, εκεί γεννήθηκε και μεγάλωσε ο παππούς μας Κωστούλης που μετέπειτα έμαθε την τέχνη του χτισίματος. Η πρώτη παρέμβαση στον χώρο έγινε από τον παππού, φτιάχνοντας το πάτωμα με τον παραδοσιακό κυκλαδίτικο τρόπο. Πάτωμα το οποίο σώζεται αναλλοίωτο μέχρι τις μέρες μας. Ο Χώρος πλέον είναι πλήρως ανακαινισμένος κρατώντας όμως την κυκλαδίτικη αισθητική του ώστε να προσφέρει μια άνετη και ευχάριστη διαμονή στον επισκέπτη.

It is 33 square meters and has a fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom, a living room, 1bathroom and veranda with jacuzzi is not heated. You deliver it clean with sheets and towels and there is not a service include during your stay.
