The apartment has a panoramic view of the village and a breathtaking sea view of Naxos Island. The house is ECO-environmental friendly,suitable for work and has solar energy.The Wi-Fi is reliable for work, too. We accept longer stays. Everything you need is 20 meters on foot.

Private access to the beach is only a few steps away. The house can sleep up to 4 people and is fully equipped to offer a relaxing holiday escape. Villa Haritomeni 1

This Greek villa is located just outside Parikia, offering a relaxing atmosphere, privacy, and an authentic Greek lifestyle. The villa has a built area of 220 sq.m. and a very large outdoor courtyard. It boasts unobstructed sea views. The property features a private mini pool (not heated) with three hydromassage seats. The pool has a trapezoidal shape, with one side measuring 3.80 meters and the opposite side 2 meters. Its length is 5.60 meters, and the maximum depth is 1.50 meters.

It is a few meters away from the traditional cafes at the center of the village, and within walking distance from all the area's sights (Byzantine road, Famous taverns etc.)

The first intervention in the area was made by the grandfather, making the floor in the traditional Cycladic way. A floor that remains unchanged to this day. The space is now fully renovated, but keeping its Cycladic aesthetics to offer a comfortable and pleasant stay to the guest.
