At the gates of Quercy, overlooking the Garonne valley, in a quiet and wild environment, where you will enjoy a pond and forest paths. The Quercy stone welcomes you to pretty typical villages (Moissac with its cloister and Chasselas, Lauzerte, Auvillar). The Canal du Midi shows the richness of the Garonne Valley and the Château de Goudourville will reveal its history to you.

This charming accommodation is perfect for 2 to 6 people for families or groups of friends. 120 m2 detached house located in the heart of the city of LECTOURE, close to all amenities and free public parking nearby. On the ground floor, a kitchen, the living room opens onto an outdoor patio. On the 1st floor: two bedrooms with private bathroom (2 large beds 140 and 160) On the 2nd floor: a bedroom with bathroom (1 double bed 160) Baby crib available.

The entire accommodation, spa, sauna, hammam, terrace and pool is not shared with other people. Amenities usable all year round: Grand Spa Jacuzzi covered T° adjustable from 30° to 40°, hammam, sauna. Terrace not overlooked. 14 meter swimming pool with heated massage waterfall from early May to end of October. The spa water is changed between each rental for perfect hygiene. Rental strictly limited to 2 adults and 2 children (no guests are allowed)

And only 200 m from the main avenue with bars, restaurants, cinema etc. Just as suitable for a tourist stay, you can enjoy all the heritage and historical wealth that Lectoure has to offer on foot.

In a house steeped in history, within walking distance of downtown Nérac, the proposed apartment was completely renovated in 2018. Composed of a living room, an equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet, this accommodation located on the 1st floor is bright. It has an independent entrance.
