This unique place has a very special style. Art Nouveau villa built in 1912 with large terrace 20 m² and garden is located on the mezzanine floor a large shared apartment 80 m² with everything your heart desires. We take care of the ambiance. The apartment is located on the first floor of a farmhouse, which we have partly developed ourselves. Like the rest of the house, we have equipped it with some self-designed design elements. The private seating area with evening sun and babbling brook invites you to switch off and the walk to the Emme leads right past the apartment.

Beautiful, very bright apartment in quiet surroundings with a view and free parking. Solothurn is an ideal location for exploring Switzerland. The city of ambassadors is of course also worth a trip. Nevertheless, Bern, Basel, Zurich, Lucerne as well as other destinations such as the Alps and many lakes are all within easy reach by train or car in 1 hour and thus ideal day trips. The old town of Solothurn and the Aare are within walking distance.

A suitable retreat in this small yet relaxing apartment, which can be used completely. Close to public transport and shopping. After a walk in the southern direction, along the stream and across the field, you can reach the airfield or the Aare a little further. By bus in the northern direction you can quickly reach the Grenchenberg with its magnificent views and great walking and hiking trails.

The 1929 manor house is located in a very quiet neighborhood and is still only 5 minutes (on foot) from the center. The apartment was gently renovated in 2017 and is a little more than functionally equipped. (Coffee maker, 55" LED TV incl. Netflix or Pay TV and spacious balcony). A washing machine is also available on request.
