Monthly Rentals in Lead

We had an excellent stay here during a January snowmobiling trip, and our group of four was accommodated very comfortably. Clean, quiet, well kept, and plenty of activities inside to enjoy at the end of a long day. If you're traveling in with a trailer or large/multiple vehicles, parking at this apartment unit can be a little tight, one assigned parking space and a couple of guest spaces that might or might not be available at times. We were able to unhook and park our trailer off-site for the weekend at the event we were attending, so fortunately this wasn't an issue for us. Nathan was also very helpful to suggest some other options for additional parking nearby if needed. Highly recommend!

Place was very clean and in a quiet neighborhood.

This is our 4th year with this same property of Laura's! We highly recommend this property!!! We always feel welcome - the house is beautiful and very clean! Laura is extremely responsive and quick! She has worked with us when either checking in early or checking out a little late. I would like to also note - Laura and her cleaning company have went over and above to accommodate us with our stay! THANK YOU SO MUCH! WE LOOK FORWARD TO STAYING AGAIN!!!!

Loved our stay here! If you have kids staying here would be very beneficial. They have games for littles to play, a pack and play, and most everything else you will need! Loved that we didn’t have to pack all these things to bring along, saved us tons of stress and room in the car!
