Your cozy, private guest suite with private entry is located on 40 beautiful acres in the lush foothills of a 70-90 year old intact forest. The last 1/4 mi. of travel is on a gravel road, parking at the trellis in front of the house. This forested jewel is just 11 miles to the University of Oregon, Hayward Field, and the Knight Basketball Arena, 2 miles to McKenzie River trout fishing/rafting, and close to this cycling mecca’s scenic bike routes. Enjoy certified organic blueberries in season.

Entire Studio -Country setting, quiet and private

Studio has own entrance and is separate from the main house. Studio has its own private bathroom with a shower, and laundry facilities, electric heat in the winter. Air conditioning only in the sleeping area of the bnb in the summer. There is a food prep area with a large sink. There is no oven but several small appliances available for meal prep.Studio sits on 6 acres with nearby hiking trails or towns. Would be nice for the traveling contractor who needs a room for their current local job.
