Farmhouse full of charm. The Studette is at the end of the house and independent. Access to the 20 m² studio is private. It has its own bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and 1 new 160x200 sofa bed. Access to the garden is possible. The table and chairs can be set up outside to enjoy the sun and the calm of the countryside. Our small house is ideally located to stay and discover Normandy Switzerland. A real cocoon for lovers with all the comforts inside and a charming little garden bordered by a stream. 2 minutes from Pont d'Ouilly, 15 minutes from Clécy (Francette bike greenway), 10 minutes from Roches d'Oetres, 15 minutes from Falaise and its William the Conqueror castle, 1 hour from the first landing beaches. Hikes starting from the house will amaze you!

Situated on the bank of the River Orne, in the heart of the 'Suisse Normandie' Our Fully Renovated Cottage is in the centre of the Picturesque Village of Pont D'Ouilly. Upon entering The Cottage you will find the fully equipped Kitchen, W.C. and the Lounge/Diner with stunning views of the River. Upstairs you will find a Bathroom, Master Bedroom and a Twin Bedroom, both having uninterupted views of the River.
