Bienvenue au lieu dit " La Perellerie", ce hameau est un ancien corps de ferme de 4 maisons que je partage en famille. Il y a un chemin d’accès pour vous et moi et un autre pour mes proches. "La petite lochoise" est une ancienne forge restaurée, avec des grandes ouvertures pour faire rentrer le maximum de lumière Un côté sud-est intime avec la terrasse vue champs et un côté court nord ouest réservé aux autres habitations.
