The "Kingfisher" is the perfect place from which to discover the beauty of the Loire Valley. The Loire flows directly by the foot of this two hundred year old house, which is located in the picturesque village of Chênehutte. After a peaceful night’s rest you can go for a bike ride in the countryside, along the Loire, in the forest or simply rest under a parasol while listening to the river and observing its beautiful flora and fauna. Perhaps, if you are lucky, you might even see a kingfisher!

Newly renovated, this former country house with all the comforts of 60 m² welcomes you for your getaways, vacations in the countryside, retreat and teleworking in the countryside or work in the region. Le Cocon offers two comfortable bedrooms, a living room-kitchen open to a green terrace and overlooking the Parc des Fontaines, consisting of a rose garden, a plant maze, a pond and forests.

Ideally located with magnificent views of the Loire from the balcony, the apartment is close to the restaurants and bars of Place Saint Pierre as well as its Saturday morning market and the "La Loire à Vélo" route. Between Saumur and Doué-la-Fontaine, come and rest in the countryside, in a troglodyte environment, surrounded by flowers. Very touristy region: close to the Bioparc of Doué-la-Fontaine, troglodytes, vineyards, castles. The Cadre Noir of Saumur, sparkling wines, banks and landscapes of the Loire, charming villages. We will be happy to host you in our cottage, an old house from 1824 (semi-troglo) in tuffeau stone completely renovated.

A true garden on the river, our house offers breathtaking views of the Loire and its beaches. It has a very large central room with open kitchen and fireplace and two bedrooms. In summer only (June, July, August, September) we offer an extra room with 4 single beds in the garden level of the house (independent access, not suitable for children under 8 years old). The house is a peaceful, friendly and comfortable place to stay.

L'Ecole Buissonnière (pool, air conditioning, parking)

In an old school, we installed a loft in the middle of Saumur. Overlooking a wooded courtyard, you can enjoy 3 bedrooms (2 adult bedrooms and 1 bedroom for 4 children), a large living room and a bathroom. You will also have access to an adjoining classroom in which we have created a 3 m x 3 m indoor pool, heated with counter-current swimming. You'll have the option to park 2 vehicles in the yard.
