The house is large, sparkling clean and beautifully decorated. The equipment is very complete, nothing is missing. The centre of Perpignan is about a 20-minute walk. The swimming pool is not very large but it does provide a pleasant cooling.

We had a great stay in this great house! Everything was as advertised: the house is spacious, very clean and super well-equipped, especially the kitchen where nothing is missing. We really enjoyed the jacuzzi and the pool, a real plus for a holiday with friends! The host was very nice, available and responsive. No complaints, we leave with very good memories.

Very welcoming host, flexible on schedules and attentive to requests. The house keeps all its promises and more. Very happy with our stay in this accommodation. You can go there with your eyes closed.

Alex is a wonderful host and the house is brand new and beautiful. It was our first time to Costa Brava, and Port de la Selva felt a bit like an undiscovered gem. Families with young children will love the pool, with its kiddie section. Adults and kids alike will be thrilled with the beautiful views from nearly every window. Thank you Alex!

We absolutely loved our time at Karine and Cyrills place. It was perfect from start to finish. Karine was extremely welcoming and friendly, and made us feel at home instantly. She was attentive and excellent at communicating with us/ answering any questions. The apartment is situated in beautiful surroundings and is super easy to get into the centre on Perpignan. We really enjoyed using the bikes on one of the days and exploring the local area. Karine gave us heaps of recommendations of beaches/local towns and restaurants to visit. The property is completely spotless, well equipped and really comfortable for two people. The old hot tub had broken before we were due to check in so Karine and her husband had very kindly bought a new one prior to our arrival, which we really enjoyed in the evenings. Would absolutely recommend!

Very nice, comfortable and very well-equipped accommodation. The mountain view from the terrace is fabulous. The neighborhood is quiet with shops nearby (everything can be done on foot). Hike departure accessible on foot from the accommodation. Chloé is a responsive host with whom communication is positive and pleasant. I would 100% recommend this listing. We had a great stay! Excellent stay at Jérôme's, who is very welcoming, discreet and attentive! Good communication too. A big thank you to him really for the thoughtful touches throughout the stay. It was a treat to stay at his place. The accommodation is impeccable: quiet, very clean, very nicely furnished and decorated, well equipped too and very good bedding. Jérôme's lights and the armchairs with Catalan fabrics are very pretty and pleasant. The terrace and garden are perfect and the view is beautiful. Shops and the river are a 10-minute walk away. Super croissants and bougnettes at the bakery and super guinguette by the water. The surroundings are sublime and varied (hiking, river, sea, Ceret). We highly recommend Jérôme and his accommodation.

10 stars, if I could possibly give them! We had the best time at this stunning house - it is identical to the pictures and everything was perfect for our family vacation! From USA - 4 adults, 3 young kids 7,6,4.5 and an infant, 15m. We felt like we had plenty of room by opening up the couch in the bedroom and opening up the sofa in the living to create even more areas to sleep. We spent so much time outside, we never felt cramped even with everybody inside on rainy days! All your essentials are there and there’s an ALDI, 4 minutes away… Lidl is about 8min away. Beach is 10 minute drive and there is free parking or you can pay to park with no hassle —- we chose this option as it was easy and only a few euros. I’ve never had such responsive hosts —- I sent a message and had a response with 2 minutes. When we ran into any issue or had question, they fixed it immediately with kindness. I cannot say enough about our stay, it was absolutely wonderful and I would highly recommend!!

We had a very enjoyable, relaxing and peaceful week here. The house was really clean and comfortable and we felt very much at home. The terrace in particular was a lovely space to read a book and enjoy our morning coffee. And those views! We definitely recommend a meal or two at La Petite Artois, the food is great and they are very friendly. The location is good for visiting several Cathar castles nearby and the countryside is breathtaking and at this time of year with wildflowers everywhere. Anna was very helpful and easy to contact. We would definitely recommend staying here if you are visiting the area. It was a really lovely holiday.

Honestly, I highly recommend spending a short stay at NICOLAS'S. I went there with my wife and everything was correct in the description.

We had a pleasant stay at Jenny's, the cottage is very comfortable (we loved the wood stove!) and has all the necessary amenities. Jenny is a very attentive and kind host.

Such a great place to stay in Colliour. The sea views are stunning and the location is so close to all the shops and restaurant’s. The accommodation has all you need and hosts were very helpful and friendly. We will definitely come back :)

Bucolic setting that was an excellent base for our long weekend Arnaud and Ninon were very friendly, welcoming and discreet. The location and amenities (swimming pool, jacuzzi, etc.) are perfect for relaxing and disconnecting from everyday life. The hosts have an eye for detail and had plenty of little touches that impressed us throughout our stay.

Beautiful peaceful respite after a week on Camino. The instructions were very clear but we are new to driving in Spain so it took us a minute to find the dirt path to the house. The view from the deck is unbeatable. We came midweek and loved not having to flight crowds. A delight!!
