Ideally located, 7 minutes from all shops in Cruseilles, 30 minutes from Geneva and 30 minutes from Annecy, 50 minutes from the Aravis ski resorts, the closest, 20 minutes from the Glières plateau.

Close to the Swiss customs of Bardonnex and 25 km from Annecy, our modern loft on the edge of the forest was created in 2025 on the ground floor of an old sawmill in which we occupy the floor. Very bright, it is independent, furnished and equipped. Ideal for a trial period in Geneva or a tourist stay. This industrial loft will offer you a quiet environment with a private terrace with no one overlooking you, overlooking the forest and the mountain range of the Alps. Capacity: 2 adults

Welcome to the "Vert Salève" loft. Ideally located between Annecy and Geneva (30 min drive from both), you can enjoy the calm of the Bornes Plateau countryside. On site, many walking and mountain biking trails start from the foot of the loft. In winter you are 10 minutes from the cross-country skiing and snowshoeing center, 15 minutes from the Croisette at the top of the Salève and 45 minutes from the alpine ski resorts. You can also enjoy your terrace overlooking the Salève.

The property is made up of two water mills whose first historical traces date back to 1728. The first mill, located in the tower, was once used to grind grain (wheat and rye). The second mill was used as a sawmill. Its wheel is still visible. You can walk around the 5000 m2 property. The place is bordered by two rivers the Morges (with a 7 meters waterfall in the forest) and the Usses. An ideal place for fishing and nature lovers.
