19th Century House located on the beautiful hills on the outskirts of Florence, only 15 minutes drive from the city centre and 10-15 minutes walk from the closest bus stop. Ideal for someone traveling around Tuscany with his/her own car, this house is provided with restored kitchen and bedroomsfurnished with traditional pieces; surrounded by our family wineyard and olive tree orchard, we want to deliver our idea of hosting and hospitality through attention to details, by making you feel at home.

Si compone di soggiorno, cucina, due camere, due bagni, una lavanderia e una sauna privata. Dotato di parcheggio privato e di tutti i comfort per rendere il soggiorno facilissimo (AC, TV, lavastoviglie e lavatrice) può ospitare fino a 5 persone ed è adatto a famiglie, piccoli gruppi di amici, bambini e neonati. WI-FI ad alta velocità.

Tra il Centro Storico di Firenze e il Chianti

L'appartamento è situato in una zona tranquilla lontana dal caos, circondato dal verde. In una posizione strategica sia per raggiungere il Centro Storico Fiorentino che per raggiungere le campagne del Chianti. Ha un posto auto privato e la fermata dell'autobus a pochi minuti. In due passi a piedi potrete raggiungere bar, pizzerie, ristoranti e supermercati per ogni esigenza. L'appartamento è caratterizzato da un enorme terrazza adatta per pranzare, cenare e rilassarsi.

Agriturismo Il Colle is located on one of the Chianti hills. The property has been completely renovated, overlooking the Chianti valleys and enjoying splendid views of the surrounding hills and the city of Florence. The apartment is completely independent, on two internally connected floors, and features a private garden lined with centuries-old oaks and Tuscan cypresses. The restoration maintained the original Tuscan architectural style of rural barns.

La casa si trova a Bagnolo, piccola frazione di Impruneta alle porte del Chianti, zona di uliveti, vigneti e pace. La casa si trova a circa 10 km in macchina dal centro di Firenze.
