Dive into the plunge pool with sweeping views of the Mediterranean Sea. For adventurous travelers who will appreciate the 10-minute panoramic walk to the house (we will transport your luggage and groceries by tractor). The magical view of the world below with the coast on the horizon which can be enjoyed from every room of the house and from the entire olive orchard with its walking paths and plunge pool with waterfall. Being a pedestrian village, Metato is quiet and peaceful. Yet, the beach and many great places to visit are a short drive away- Pisa, Florence, Lucca, the marble quarries of Cararra, Pietrasanta, Viareggio.... Guests have exclusive access to the pool and property. Metato is a friendly litttle village in the hills overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. There is a quaint family-run restaurant in the village that serves local homemade dishes at a very reasonable price. Our pedestrian village tends to attract kind people in search of peace and quiet and a proximity with nature. Time seems to go by more slowly here. It is a perfect base for families who want to explore Tuscany and the beaches of the Versilia coast. The home is in a beautiful, quiet location on a hill surrounded by olive orchards and vineyards just a 10-minute walk from the parking lot. Explore the medieval village of Metato where fireflies and breathtaking views await. Take an invigorating hike or head to the beaches a short drive away. There is a parking lot at the base of the village where you can park the car. The village itself is pedestrian but I am happy to greet guests at the parking lot on their arrival to transport their luggage, groceries and whoever wants to ride to the house with my little Italian tractor! The nearest airport is Pisa (45-minutes by car). All the major car rental places can be found there. The nearest train station is Viareggio.

House in the mountains in relaxatio

Pretty mountain house is located 700 meters above sea level, surrounded by greenery in an atmosphere of complete relaxation, equipped with every comfort, with garden and panoramic roof terrace. The residence is located in the village of Monti di Villa, the starting point for pleasant and relaxing walks through the woods, along the paths of the Appennini and a few miles from the Alpi Apuane. Nearby is also the Orrido di Botri, a natural canyon, beautiful and impressive to go. The house is located about 30 km from Lucca and 7 km from Bagni di Lucca spa, feature spa town with thermal baths, restaurants and taverns where you can taste typical Tuscan dishes. The house consists of a living room complete with fireplace, sofa bed and TV, in the kitchen area is a pellet stove, oven, microwave, washing machine, refrigerator and grill. Upstairs is the master bedroom with TV, a second bedroom with two bunk beds (4 beds) and a loft where you can get an extra bed, and finally the bathroom with shower. The garden is equipped with lawn chairs to enjoy the sun, wood-burning oven and barbecue. In the roof terrace there is a large table and chairs for dining outdoors and enjoying the view. On the back of the house there is a parking place.

La nostra splendida e accogliente casina è situata nell'incantevole paesino di Tereglio nella splendida valle del Serchio in provincia di Lucca a 6km dalla riserva naturale dell'orrido di Botri e a 10 km dal Parco avventure Canyon Park. La casa si trova nel centro del paese, il parcheggio si trova distante circa 60 m. Presenza di strutture ricettive. La casa è un ottimo punto di appoggio per visitare anche i paesi vicini come Barga e Coreglia, tutti e due tra i borghi più belli d'Italia.

L' appartamento è una porzione indipendente del casale, con ingresso separato e tutte le comodità necessarie. Il Cottage è parte di una proprietà della famiglia Bernocchi, già presente nelle mappe della zona del 1500 ed e' situata proprio su di una antica via Romana che attraversava i monti della Calvana. Distante circa 9 km da Prato e 20 da Firenze. Il Cottage, liberi su tre lati, e' situato in posizione panoramica circondato da un parco privato, ideale per camminate e sport. La casa è facilmente raggiungibile, ha splendide viste panoramiche. Magnifica posizione fra le alte colline della Val di Forfora, atmosfera autentica di una casa ristrutturata nel rispetto della tradizione, orto bio, piscina panoramica (dal 15/5 al 30/9) con spazio solarium, tutto in uso esclusivo. Extremely cozy dependance of a 1400 villa on Lucca's hills, deep inside the tuscany countryside, with access to the private swimming pool and garden which includes a pretty tiny lake populated by fish.
