Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Le Panier, Marseille

Absolutely beautiful house and garden. Feels like a little sanctuary in the city once you are in and gates are closed. Spotlessly clean, everything you would need and a lovely calm space. Very friendly and responsive hosts. Would definitely recommend this place.

We had a great time at Marie's place. As soon as we arrived, Sami's warm welcome made us feel comfortable and immediately felt good. The house is very nice and functional. It is very comfortable and bright. Very good interaction with Marie I'd be happy to go back.

We had an amazing stay! The house is perfect: the rooms were spotless, with very comfortable bedding. The kitchen is super well equipped, had absolutely everything we needed. The bathroom was clean and very functional. The hot tub was really a big plus to relax, and the pool table added a great vibe to the evening. No complaints, everything was top notch. Thank you again for this great experience, I would 100% recommend!

Michel’s home was superb! Welcoming open living space with all you need to make yourself comfortable. The views of the lush front garden and sea were perfect to wake up to each morning. The neighborhood was walkable and conveniently located (20 mins from old port, train station and start of the Calanques national park). We did not want to leave!

Great weekend with friends in the villa. The space is very well thought out so you can spend good times with a group. And especially the sea view terrace on which you could stay forever! The neighborhood is very quiet, the necessities are present on site and the house is clean.

We recommend it!! We were hosted very well, the house was clean, it is large enough for a group of 8 people, well arranged and pleasant! Close to the sea and restaurants (restaurant l 'equinox 1km away: great welcome and good food!). Good host communication, responsive and enjoyable. Small downside: the gate was out of service so we had to park on the street on the sidewalk which was not a place, but everything went well. Thank you!

It is a beautiful house that is new and nicely decorated. From the balcony you can enjoy a beautiful view of the village of Mimet. It has a nice swimming pool, lovely jacuzzi, a spacious dining room and by the TV a very large sofa. 2 refrigerators and freezers, which is useful if you are with a family of 13 people. There are 3 things that are nice to know in advance. There is a lot of height difference in and around the house, so you have to walk a lot of stairs, not convenient for people with walking difficulties. The pool has no summer deck so the water cools down very much at night and dirt gets into the water. And last but with adolescents very important, the WiFi is not stable and not accessible in all areas. The owners, Chris and Alexander, who are very quick to respond and service consciously, have tried to fix this for us, unfortunately we did not succeed, but I am sure they will work on this. We'd love to come back!

We enjoyed five days with our family and loved the house and the area. There was plenty of space to cook and eat together. The little port of Vallon des Auffes is lovely, with nice boutiques and a couple of places to eat. And the area behind in Endoume was really lovely, the fresh pasta shop Nenette! I enjoyed joining the many runners on the seafront for a jog and everything was really easy to get to or take a short taxi too. We liked Marseille a lot, the mix of smart and slightly edgier places and ate and drank really well. Merci x

We had a pleasant stay in this convenient and well-equipped accommodation. Check-in and check-out were very simple and the instructions were clear.

Guilherme was our host and was everything you could want. On the ball with responding and intructions but not overbearing. He was also super friendly and sent us local recommendations which we checked one out and was brilliant. The place itself had everything we needed and felt very chilled, minimalist interior which lent itself to having a peaceful mind. I would absolutely recommend to anyone looking to stay.

Ah Marseille! – What a surprise and what happiness this beautiful city, and Romain's charming cool and chic apartment is very well located and a pleasure to spend time there. It has everything you need and the bed is very comfortable. The view through the large windows of a convent is spectacular. The neighborhood is friendly with few tourists and has many restaurants and grocery stores. Romain was always available and communicative. The only improvement we could make would be another solution to collect and deposit the keys. For us, it was difficult because of the distance from the suitcases. Otherwise, we had a perfect time.

We had a very good time in Deni's apartment. Location is perfect! The apartment is very nicely decorated and we felt very comfortable. The terrace and view are great, the kitchen very well equipped (we cooked and ate a lot together, even if there are great restaurants right nearby), the bathroom is pretty. Denis is a very nice host and gave us many good tips on arrival. We felt very welcome. We needed even more blankets because it was quite cool in March. He made it easy for us. For five people, the apartment is relatively narrow because there is only one common room and the third bed is above the kitchen in the common area. But if you like each other, it goes very well! Thanks to Denis!

Very good stay at Virginie's, very accommodating and friendly hostess. The accommodation is convenient and perfectly located. Recommended.

Samuel's place was a home from home. it was very comfortable and very well equipped. Samuel was there to meet us despite our late arrival. The lotaion is very central and a short walk to both metro and tram. Equally, it is only a short and pleasant walk to Le Vieux-Port. We had a wonderful week in this apartment and in Marseille. Dont hesitate to book this apartment when going t0 Marseille.

Our week-long stay was lovely. The house is friendly and warm. The amenities offered are of good quality, we didn't want for anything. Our hosts were available throughout the week, attentive and caring. I highly recommend it for a lovely vacation in Marseille!

we were there for work in five people and we had a very good time since the house is equipped with all amenities, even non-essential ones (dishwasher, washing machine, barbecue, ping pong repaired to spend some time). independent accommodation with private parking for at least 3 cars, also convenient for ordering delivery meals if you don't speak French (you order online and it arrives at the gate in front of the house without having to speak a foreign language). very nice owners, they also brought us the fritters or Provencal chatter made by them. Check-in and check-out are done directly by them, so arrival and departure times must be agreed upon. Highly recommended, if I get the chance I'll be back.

We loved our stay with Maelle and Hugo. We met on the day of departure and they are very welcoming, accommodating and responsive hosts. We were 8 adults for a family weekend getaway. The house is nested among other houses, at the top of a staircase, which is quite typical of the neighborhood and charming. It is 5 minutes from the Vallon des Auffes, a cute little port where it's good to go for a drink at the sunset. Bus 83 takes you to the old harbor directly, otherwise walking 30min walk you are at the old harbor or our lady of the Guard. It's perfect for visiting Marseille. The decoration of the house is great, it feels like home, you can see that it is a real inhabited house, it is very well equipped. Just a very small downside on the bedding that deserves to be changed in some rooms (but this is planned very soon by the owners) In short, great stay, I would recommend you to go to Maelle and Hugo's!

We had a great family vacation at this beautiful villa. The house is exceptional, spacious and perfectly equipped. The pool was perfect for cooling down and relaxing. The setting is extremely pleasant, in the heart of nature, offering a real haven of peace. Again, thank you for your warm hospitality. We highly recommend this rental for an unforgettable vacation.

This villa is just beautiful: an oasis of peace and yet close to everything Cassis has to offer. Viriginie is an excellent host, who is always available: check-in time is flexible, the response time on questions is immediate and even the check-out time was flexible for us for which big thanks Virginie. I would highly recommend this villa: everything is available, and is perfect for a relaxing holiday in Cassis. Also for a lazy day, the villa is perfect for relaxing by the pool or in the gardens of the villa. Highly recommended

Four comfortable bedrooms for our small family. Our pregnant daughter-in-law was able to enjoy the bathroom and toilet in her room without disturbing during the night. No neighborhood problem, quiet and pleasant place. Our host Thierry was away when we arrived but this was no problem because one of his lovely friends came to welcome us and gave us all the necessary information. Thierry called us during the day to see if we were settled in. This place is to be recommended, 8 of us and everyone was able to find their place there. Thank you Thierry.
