Simple and easily accessible accommodation on its own. Functional amenities (including air conditioning), comfortable parking at the property. Ideally located on Grande Terre for touring it, close to Le Moule and especially quiet. A very fond memory of this stay

The house is situated in a secluded area and you have a wonderful view from the house. The reception and acceptance were also very friendly. Franziska was always available for questions and we got many recommendations for excursions, shopping and restaurant for our stay. The outdoor area and the pool are also well maintained. Overall, it was a very nice stay.

Perfect for a stay as a couple and to recharge. The accommodation is idyllic and very well furnished. Ideally located, you will find many activities and restaurants, each better than the last. In addition, Sabine offers a breakfast to die for. It's hard to leave after experiencing this little piece of paradise!

The house is great for a great vacation in Guadeloupe🥰. 20 minutes from the airport We: Stay 15 days Frequent visitors to the department. Couple with 3 kids. 👦👦👶 Modern, very quiet and secure neighborhood, Amazing cleanliness ( I'm very maniacal), the bedding and the towels are sparkling white. Speaking of bedding, it is also very comfortable and equipped as in high-end hotels. Crib equipped with a mattress, mattress pad + mosquito net. Shower rooms with shower gel, modern and very clean. Fully equipped kitchen, I agree with the comments about the utensils nevertheless it is a detail, I have succeeded my daily cakes as well as the local recipes with the utensils provided☺️. Speaking of the sofa, it has been changed and therefore it is possible to watch TV with the family comfortably installed. Pool and large landscaped garden with surprise visit of iguanas 🤩 My parents are already looking to book it 🤣 I recommend ❤

Everything went smoothly during our stay, and Julie, the host, was incredibly helpful and kind. The house is located in a pleasant private condominium and has a lovely terrace overlooking the shared garden. While the terrace is open to the public space, it still felt private, which we appreciated. Although there wasn’t an ocean view or direct beach access, the beach was only a short 2-minute walk away, so it was still very convenient. The kitchen was well-equipped with essentials for cooking, The house was clean and cozy. Overall, we had a pleasant stay :)

Very good value for money for this studio, functional for one or two people and allowing you to quickly reach the roads in different directions to visit Grande-Terre.

We had a great stay at Sophie's accommodation, who welcomed us with breakfast and a small aperitif :) the accommodation is super peaceful and well located to visit the big land

I had a great time staying at this place! Everything was perfectly as advertised, or even better. The apartment was clean, bright, very well equipped and tastefully decorated, which allowed me to feel immediately at home. Being able to access the Pierre et Vacances complex is a real plus! The neighborhood is quiet, pleasant and very close to the beautiful beach of Sainte Anne. Special mention for the host, who was very kind and very responsive, and who made my stay even more enjoyable with his attentiveness and availability. I would recommend this rental without hesitation and will not hesitate to return there on a future visit!

Great stay at this great place facing the marina. We weren't close to 5. Very well equipped: air conditioning, water tank in case of outage. The residence is very calm and nicely wooded. The pool was very nice. Very friendly welcome from Laetitia. We would recommend this listing.

We spent two weeks in low season and everything was very good. photos in accordance with the listing, well located apartment. parking side, only in the street. Just to clarify, the entrance to 3 Marina is at the Orpi sign, after the Super U. Very well-equipped apartment.
